Took my family here who were visiting over Easter weekend. I came once in the summer and it was great. But the staff and clientele change during the school year if you feel me.. steak was NOT a sirloin (cheap minute steak) that was overcooked. Lemon seafood pasta had no lemon in it. Place is run by college students from UNC. Price point is impressive for the area but not after you dine there. We won't be back sadly!

I would like to share our wonderful experience at 411 West last night. We had a good sized group ... about 16 folks for work. We rented out the "indoor Patio" space for a private event. fist of all the space was lovely. I was just right for our group. Our server as ultra responsive and helpful, filling glasses and getting our apps out ASAP. The fountain was a little noisy, she went as far as getting that and music in room turned down. What attention to getting us taken care of! Lastly, I had the Spring Strawberry salad and Chicken Parm for dinner. Everything was delicious!! The crisp on my chicken was wonderful! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this location for a private party. You will have a great time.

411 never fails- it's a Chapel Hill institution and we have never had a bad meal. It's a tough spot prior to big games, so plan accordingly.

I love this restaurant!! It’s awesome that they have such healthy options like whole wheat pasta (which you can sub for the regular white stuff) and the basil pasta dish that’s overflowing with veggies. The salads and gnocchi are also awesome. It’s also amazing you can get delivery, for a cozy night in. Thanks for your great food and service!

Only giving two starts because of the waitress, Kacey! She was amazing! But one of the owners, Tommy, was rude to us! Not acceptable!

This restaurant is extremely misleading! The food is terrible do not get the Cesar salad it looks like it came from a bag and we had the margarita pizza and it was pathetic and crusty. It's worse than Olive Garden.
