Alfredo's is a pretty solid pizza joint located in university mall. They offer a selection of pizza by the slice when dining in, which is always appreciated when you have a group with diverse pallets. If you like ranch with your pizza - name a more iconic duo - theirs is some of the best. The quality of the pizza itself is pretty good and reminds me of many a slice I've sampled in NYC. Service is pretty quick - usually within five mins of ordering- and the staff are nice. Sometimes you have to clean your own table before sitting but I feel like that's part of the pizza joint experience.

They have excellent gluten/free pizza and always provide terrific and friendly service.

this is the best pizza place outside of Naples. You cannot go wrong. there is another pizza place between my house and Alfredo's. I drive the extra distance to get my pizza from there.

My family has been ordering here for years and we always get the eggplant parm (either sub or 'lasagne'); it's honestly one of the best eggplant parms anywhere! Thinly sliced, well cooked and a portion big enough for two meals.Always a friendly greeting and personal service!Vegetarian options: My daughters are vegetarian and we love the eggplant dishes.Parking: In shopping plaza

I haven't patronized this place since staff was very rude to my daughter who several years ago returned a pizza that was supposed to be gluten free (for a person with Celiac disease) but was not. But decided to finally give them another chance. Ordered pizza online plus a bunch of extras, for an expensive bill. Went to pick up at 5 minutes after the end of the online promised time. Told by the cashier that it wasn't ready yet. Sat down and awaited being called that it was ready. 15 minutes later I went back to the cashier to see what the delay was; turns out it was already done when I had arrived, and had been sitting there ready for pick up the whole time. By the time I got home it was stone cold and congealed. And this white pizza I'd ordered (and reheated), did not have any of the basil that the menu promises, and was overall mediocre. I won't be going back.

I don't usually like pizza places, but this was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Food, Service, and ambiance was amazing. I got the cheese and pepperoni pizza with wings. It all was very good. 5 stars.

Best pizza place in chapel hill, hands down. The pizza/salad combo is an awesome deal and the ranchero pizza is amazing!

The meatball sub here is one of the finer things around.

A typical overrated pizza store. Food quality hit or miss, service is okay if the owner working that day if he’s not then usually horrible service especially with long time working male employees.

Unhelpful staff. I have never written a review before, but I don’t plan to order from here again. Ordering pickup during the pouring rain with a toddler and umbrella in my hands, I ask for a bag for the salad to ease my carrying and the cashier simply and non-chalantly says “We’re out.” Then I say that I have a toddler and a pizza to carry. She says “I’m sorry, we are out.” She offered no solution - like - how about you get your toddler in the car in the pouring rain and then we can bring it out…nothing. She turned around and went on with her business. Maybe great pizza and food, but poor, aloof service.
