Alpaca Peruvian Charcoal Chicken

I genuinely loved this location however after having to wait hours for a delivery is insane. I know how restaurant systems work with uber and the restaurant has to confirm and I believe there was an internal mix up with that because I never got anything on my end , I know how sites say one thing and the company may go by another but if uber is saying an employee is delivering my food and that’s not what’s offered by this location alpaca needs to specify , uber wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order since on the stores end the confirmations weren’t proper. And I’ve never had this issue even after restarting my phone several times .

Gone downhill, Before november 2024 it seemed fine, but since we have waited for food that was already ready while the cashier played on their phone, and deliveries have taken over 2 hours when the restaurant is listed as less busy as usual. As a consumer I am very disappointed

Always great food and fast for take out. The yuca fries and tostones are great as a side. Don't forget to get the amazing sauce on your way out!

Asked for a cup with a lid to pour a jarito into for a child and was told it would cost 2.99 for an empty cup. This was the same price as a fountain drink which were not getting. I clarified twice that it was to pour our childs drink in and they doubled down (Mariela) that it would costs 2.99. I asked why would an empty cup without product in it costs 2.99 and no one knew the answer. I would have been happy to purchase the cup but not for the same price as the fountain drink that usually goes it. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered Lomo Saltado, tostones and yuca fries with chicha morada.

As a Caribbean food snob, first time here food tastes amazing. Tostones and Yuca were crispy when I picked them up, they did not make the picture.

The chicha morada had too much cinnamon but still drinkable.

The lomo saltado was great not chewy, slightly on the saltier side than I expected but not over done.

Portion sizes are great for the price and food quality.

Would definitely come again.

Service to pick up food was bad. I dont like waiting to pick up food. Cashier was overwhelmed, even though food was ready, it was not marked ready in ubereats app.

I have always liked alpaca, and this place has friendly service and clean environment like other locations. However, this location has a tendency to undercook their chicken. This time both my friend’s and my chicken are pink. There is still blood in the wings. My friends said it happened to him last time when he ordered from this place. I hope the store can improve on this and cook their chicken fully to avoid any health hazards.
