Ay Por Dios! Mexican Bistro

We were so excited to try this restaurant after hearing good things and seeing their menu online, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. My fiancé and I made a reservation for 7 PM and drove 30 minutes to get there. When we arrived 10 minutes early, the restaurant was closed. There was no notice on Google or their Instagram page to inform customers ahead of time. Instead, there were handwritten signs on the door saying “private party.”

This lack of communication is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers who make the effort to plan their evening and attend their establishment. We will not be returning, and I would caution others about relying on this restaurant for an organized or reliable experience

This is going to be my most honest review. I don't like to complain about the places I frequent, even if I don't like things, but the service was terrible. The waitress was very rude when I told her that the dish was not like the instructions I gave her and she got angry. to argue with me instead of fixing the problem that occurred, I think they should train their staff more on what to do in these cases, the girl didn't know anything about the menu, I asked her what the dishes were accompanied with and she didn't even know what options they had, very bad attitude and left us without a drink for a long time, I had to signal him to come to the table, the food was good and the place is very modern and has a nice decoration, I wish they would change the service.

Very expensive and the quality was average.

Food was great super delicious coming from a Mexican family I can say the food was really good. I felt I was back at home there servers was great. And Eduardo was amazing to us I super Lived it ❤️

Upscale Mexican. Beautiful space, great cocktails. Loved the chance to try different appetizers with samplers. Great place to take my college student.

Was with a larger group but service was quick! I had the Enchiladas Suizas and they were pretty great, no skimping on the chicken but I probably wouldn't have minded a tad more sauce. Also had a really decent coconut margarita, and my friend said hers was a bit too salty but mine was just fine.

I went do the Halloween competition
First of all they just lie to us I was there from 8pm to 1:20 and I keep asking what time they doing the competition not one know they told me who the manager was and he did not even answers my question he look angry and peaced off

The waitress did not even refill my water cup I asked somebody else who was working there they f. Waitress just stay infront talking and at the end they add the tips on the ticket like if they deserved

They charge everyone $10 dollar just to.make all of us wait

Do not recommended especially if your Spanic they don’t treat you the same tbh ….

Lets begin, The atmosphere was very rich and thats the only redeeming quality about this restaurant. Kitchen understaffed. Only three cooks on the line. Servers understaffed and lack customer service qualities. Me and my friend waited 10 minutes for our orders to be taken, and a whopping 45 minutes for our two overpriced dishes to arrive. Which they arrived cold and lacked flavor. The fajitas are advertised as flavorful and should come sizzling when served. No sizzle. I received a table spoon of rice a dollop of sour cream a dollop of pico and a sad plate of cold mixed meat and vegetables. All that for 60 dollars for two dishes not including drinks I would not recommend. We left unsatisfied. We had such high hopes.
