Good vegetarian options. Loved the avocado and lime bowl and the veg burgers. Will have to try the meat burgers next!

I eat at one of the locations at least 3 times a week . Food is good and prepared fresh so it takes a bit of time , but worth the wait ! The staff at this location seems a bit unprepared but not terrible . The beet Lemonade is extremely delicious !!

Why does b.good steal tips from 3rd party catering driver's. I had a delivery for ESPN Saturday that was $750 and received no tip. The customer even told me they left a tip for me. This has happened to me before with b.good and several other drivers on my platform. This makes me feel that b.good is a shady company and I should tell everyone about how they steal money. Very bad business practices! Oh yeah and the order was 30 minutes late because the employees did not care and where to busy playing around with each other, and turning away other customers.

Good selection of freshly prepared, healthy options. The food was great and staff were very considerate.

We are literally the only people here and we are waiting 15 minutes for 2 salads. It's ridiculous.

I don't normally write reviews, but just had to for the experience I had in this restaurant. It was absolutely terrible. Ridiculous wait for food, milk shakes were basically glasses of milk. It was quite comical to the point where I asked myself if it could get any worse. Don't waste your hard earned money! Food concept: PASS, Execution: FAIL!

If dried out chicken on an anemic roll is your thing, then you've come to the right spot. I was trying to decide between two or three stars but I can't really give it a three (a-okay) because it was anything but. The concept is good-healthier choices, environmentally conscious with a great mission but if the food doesn't live up then it is a nothingburger and a small one at that. I tried both the chicken sandwich, which as described, was hard as a rock and tasteless. Way overcooked and under seasoned. I also tried the veggie burger which was better but even with toppings it was bland. The sizes of the sandwich are tiny which is great for portion control but not exactly satisfying. The service is slow and disinterested. There seems to be only one employee who actually works while the rest stand around, standing around I guess. I doubt this place will last much longer. Franklin street is mercenary when it comes to businesses that this one will be swallowed up with the rest.

We've been there lately and didn't have a good experience. The patties were totally burnt underneath and the fries were dull.

Quick service, a few friendly familiar faces, overall good environment. Location is prime for students but I suggest catching the bus instead of wasting gas and $$ on parking.

Stopped for lunch on my way through town, great decision. I'll be stopping in again next time I'm in town.

Total waste of money. Food was mediocre at BEST, best thing there was the beet ginger lemonade. Staff was unorganized. Mac n cheese came out cold in the middle like it'd been poorly microwaved. Burgers were barely assembled and were more like burger parts thrown in a bowl. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I have never written a review for any restaurant before in my life, but I felt compelled to write this one. If I could give zero stars I would. This place took 30 minutes to make a tiny side order of mac and cheese. 30 minutes. Oh, and the food is terrible. Don't waste your money or your time on this place. There's a reason it only has 3.2 stars! Hope it's replaced by a better restaurant in the near future.
