Pretty cute spot! We went there for lunch on a weekend and it was practically empty. There was only one other table in the restaurant. I ordered the kebab platter with chicken which was pretty good. The chicken had a lot of good spices, however it just lacked some general saltiness. My friend got the Singapore noodles which was a signature special, and we got a cool video of the noodles being lit on fire! Cool lunch spot if you wanna try something new!

I've walked by BaseCamp several times and am glad I finally decided to eat here. There is something really special about this place that's hard to describe. I think it's that the owner and servers just really care about the quality of the food and making sure diners enjoy their meal. Another reviewer said the food is cooked with kindness and love and i think that is true. I have some dietary restrictions and the owner happily cooked my meal from scratch to make sure it was correct. The food was absolutely delicious, presented beautifully on the plate, and was very healthy. The server checked with me several times to make sure I was enjoying things. There weren't many diners when i was there and I'm concerned that people don't know about BaseCamp and how good the food is. I will definitely eat here again and encourage readers to do so as well.

In for a football game on a rainy day and they were a little understaffed and in the weeds. The food was good, the beer was cold, and they were working thier butts off to try and take care of thier patrons. I would go back.

Awesome food that is actually tastes fresh - far from your typicaly stale bar food. Cocktails tend to be on the sweeter side but still good. Diverse beer menu. Terrible. Ordered the Pho and Ramen. They have Quesabirria Tacos on their menu. All they did was put it over two different types of noodles and called it Pho and Ramen. They were indistinguishable and both terrible. Ridiculous! Stay away.
Great snacks, wonderful food and a top spot for Franklin Street people-watching. Drinks are outstanding as well. The chef/owner is from Nepal and has worked at popular American restaurants such as Angus Barn. The food at Basecamp includes American and South Asian dishes, among others.

Not a great experience. We were there on game day, they were overwhelmed and could not cope. Took forever to get any service and when we had ordered, food and drinks didn't come. Had to ask multiple times and in the end left without having all that we had ordered. Can't see us going back.

Great menu with something for everyone! The butter chicken was fantastic. Birria quesadillas were incredible. And the fried pickles app was surprisingly different and delicious. Great service. Super affordable.

First time coming here & Yadav, our server, was so amazing! He brought my 1 year old son cut up strawberries out of courtesy & was just such a great server. The shrimp PO boy was DELICIOUS! I have to admit, I didn’t expect it to be that great but it was, hands down, one of the best shrimp PO boys I’ve ever had!Thank you so much for your great service Yadav, we appreciate your kindness and generosity ❤️
