Beau Catering provided the food at our wedding reception and I’m so thankful we selected them for our event!! Instead of a sit-down meal, we did several heavy hors d’oeuvres and mini desserts. We hardly ever leave reviews but Beau Catering’s Thanksgiving pickup was just fantastic. I was very skeptical of a re-heated, previously cooked turkey but I was proven quite wrong. The turkey was perfectly browned all over and the re-heating method was perfect and easy. It was one of the top turkeys we’ve ever had. The green beans were great as were the mashed potatoes.
