Service was very unenthusiastic or descriptive. Sales could be better. Server was unengaged in dining experience as far as hosting is concerned. Much potential, lacking in quality of knowledgeable servers who are passionate about dining out and creative menus

We were in and out quickly before a basketball game. Our compressed timeframe wasn't even a hiccup for Joshua, who delivered a great experience. Our dishes were an international mashup of Italy, Mexico, France and Vietnam, all delightful and surprising. It was so good we're going back tonight, with friends, and no time constraints!

Amazing experience as always! Thoughtful and delicious food paired with creative craft cocktails is hard to beat. We feel fortunate to have Bombolo as a neighborhood treasure.

Great server. Oysters Rockefeller were good but a bit watery. Could have used more sauce. Sweetbreads were very good and flavorfull. My wife's Caeser salad was good and she enjoyed the pasta dish. Dessert was very good. Ovrerall a positive experience.

Located in a small strip mall... decor & seating arrangements fair. Menu changes daily ( which is a lot of work for chef) and food was delicious. We thought price point was moderate given ambiance etc.. We found the server knowledgeable. It was a Saturday night- so crowded for the smaller space. They were either short staffed or server not as experienced. She also had a large party of 6 who seemed a bit needy. The same server was less than attentive or checking in for our needs, had to ask & remind- and was a 25th anniversary dinner for us. Work on training staff & having better staff ratios on busier w/e nights. Could have overlooked other things but not poor service and a bit of a “mood”... no she did not get 22-25% tip.. as the things we did not have a good experience with were directly related to service.

Omg - the wines and vintner were fantastic but the real highlight was the popcorn mousse. What a fun food and wine adventure !
We came for an Italian wine dinner which was excellent and just the right price. A tad heavy on the salt but many great flavors -- Bravo to the chef. Service was also excellent. We bring our own take-out containers, so you eat as much as you want -- then a great lunch the next day. The doors opened at the 6pm time but they could have made a fortune on early bar drinks. I like my martini. No one can tell the difference between shaken and stirred Mr. Bond.

Focaccia and curry halibut entree were delicious. Pork saltimbocca was average: too sour and salty from the lemon and prosciutto. Service was super slow even though we were the only ones there.

WOW! as a foodie and talented home cook it has been a long time since I was blow away by a restaurant, but a chance stop in for the Plumb Rabbit Saturday wine tasting and sandwich lunch did just that. We'll be coming back again to try dinners here as well. This is a MUST try restaurant in the triangle! My few poorly taken pictures don't do it justice. We ended up buying wine bottles too.

Excellent! Sat at the bar and the bartender was great at recommending how much to order so we didn't over order and made great wine pairing suggestions. Food was excellent! Most creative and best tasting crudo we've ever had. We will definitely be back.

Tfe food was fantastic - every dish was excellent. The duck and cheese stuffed poblano was a real standout. Sitting outside was not so great but the vibe inside is really lively.
