A business is only as reputable as it's employees, today's gentleman was so far from professional or courteous that I'm not at all surprised to open the wrong sandwich. I asked for a plain bagel with my farmhouse meal, this is far from a plain bagel. I was not offered a receipt or even asked my name by said cashier, my 10 min wait ended with a bag folded over & pushed my way. No 'thank you' or even 'have a good day'! I usually frequent Bruegger's no matter which state I'm visiting, this however my put a stop to that. #Bruegger'sDoBetta

Been coming to this location for many years. Here recently the order process has changed. Definitely not convenient for the layout of the restaurant. But not a major issue. Just makes viewing the available bagels very difficult. There issue is how unhappy the staff is. Everything we asked was an inconvenience to the lady working the register. From scanning our coupon to upsetting her when we paid cash. The lip smacking and talking under her breath began. There has been many changes at the location and it’s just not what it used to be. Sad.

It was a bit chaotic. The music was too loud. The lights were on very, very low. Service was good but instead of an assembly line like at other Brueggers, they would call you one at a time and never made it clear that parties of more than one could be served together or per person.

it was my first there and I really enjoyed the Western bagel my husband had the honey siracha and he enjoyed it as well.. It reminds me of manhattan bagels i definitely will be going again

ATTENTION: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

I received expired cream cheese with mold from this restaurant through DoorDash on NOV 24th. This is a serious health risk and shows a lack of care for food safety. Until they fix their quality control, I recommend avoiding this place. Protect your health!

No order flow process. Employees walk off leaving you waiting to see if and when you're going to pay. Barely any cream cheese on the breakfast ssandwich. Multiple customers going back up asking for cream cheese. Probably worst Brugers I've been to.

When I went there was a long line but it move quickly the bagels were fresh and the nice cashier lady recommended honey and walnut cream cheese for our bagels and she was right it was vary good

Came in to this location today around 1:15, staff did not acknowledge us for a few minutes and finally told us that they were not taking orders, but that we could order online for pick up. We went outside and placed an order online. When I went to pick up the bagels 25 minutes later, the staff informed me that they only had one egg left and that they could not make both of our bagels. I can’t believe I waited over 25 minutes outside just to be told they couldn’t even make my bagel. The staff was extremely rude and just seemed like they didn’t want to be there- as someone who has been a server for years I understand the feeling when customers come in close to closing, but if your business hours say you’re open until 2, you’re open until 2. Simple as that. When I told the woman that she could cancel the order, her whole demeanor changed and she seemed glad to get me out of there. She didn’t know how to do a refund, so she gave me cash from the register. As I was leaving another staff member asked “can we lock the doors now?” Very unnecessarily snarky considering they didn’t close for another 10 minutes. Gotta love the service industry!

Walked in at 1:15 and they claimed they weren’t taking in person orders anymore and only online even though they close at 2 pm. We ordered online immediately after and went to go pick it up and they then decided to tell us that they only had one egg. They couldn’t even figure out how to issue a refund. They just seemed like they didn’t want to do their job at all and called the day early. Extremely rude on top of everything else.

I like this store, but the posted opening time of 6 AM is a lie. This store open later, and this morning significantly later. Waited from 6:00 to 6:20 with my son no opening in sight. Didn’t have time to stand around further.

Admittedly the one star is kind of a spite rating, but driving over and having to leave before they actually opened without any breakfast in hand was extremely irritating.
