I've ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise at least 20 times over the last couple of years. I can forgive minor things like an untoasted bagel, over/under cooked bacon, wrong type of egg, ( I usually get egg whites), I've never had one that featured an untoasted bagel, undercooked bacon, regular egg and zero amount of sriracha honey cream cheese.I get it, working this type of food service is fast, demanding, and unforgiving. That's why I let a lot of things go, but this is wrong in every way it could be and should be addressed. Doordash refunded $3.00 but honestly it should be a full refund.Edit: I gave it another try and my order was completely wrong again. This time I contacted them directly for a refund and waiting for a response.

This is a bagel chain with a good menu selection however the bagels are on the small side and the prices are slightly expensive for a single bagel with nothing on it. I got an asiago bagel with nothing on it at $2.39! Outrageous price for something so small. That wouldn't even sell for that price in NYC. Outside is crusty and chewy but inside is soft. Gets stuck in the molars and between teeth easily. Reminds me of the Manhattan bagel chain bagels (not a good thing.)I got the Farmhouse sandwich with a single egg ($6.79) which had good flavor but you may still be hungry afterwards as the portion is on the small size. I'm a petite person - maybe my appetite is big but judge for yourself with the picture or my small hand next to the sandwich. (Excuse the dry hand as I was on my way to the airport using a hand sanitizer after the gas station and didn't have my lotion on me.)There were a lot of staff but slightly unorganized. The female cashier needs to be more communicative with both customers and staff to speed things along. I can see why some reviewers would say service is slow. Thank goodness I came at a time when there wasn't a lot of people.The bagel variety are behind the counter behind the staff so if you're new to the establishment, you can't really see what kind of bagels they have to choose from.Plenty of indoor seating and plenty of parking.

Just wonderful experience here this morning. Searching for breakfast in Eastgate Shopping center and this place popped up. Walked over and got in line. Line moved efficiently and got hot food in less than 5 minutes. Sausage egg and cheese on cinnamon raisin bagel was so delicious. Small coffee was so fresh and delicious. I love good coffee and this was great coffee. House Blend. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Staff were nice and even customers too. $10.54 my total

You win some, you lose some with national chains. This location is definitely a loss. It’s usually fine enough (closer to 3/5 stars), but I got two bagels with cream cheese today to go and when I got home I started laughing at what they sent me home with. There was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese on each bagel. If you’re out of a flavor, just let someone know, but this is so bad it’s kinda funny.

12/13/2023 6:00AM to 6:05 AMI approached the store at 6:00 AM, there are two workers upfront, the bagels are out. I try to open both doors at 6:00 AM. The woman glanced at me and proceeded to work and the man, presumably the bagel maker was helping the woman and going back to the kitchen area. I wait for five minutes in front of the store. It’s 30 degrees, I am not acknowledged. They treat me like I’m not there. I leave at 6:05. They could have poked their head out and tell me I need to wait OR they could have signaled to wait five minutes or more.So rude, so disrespectful. I wanted to bring bagels to a meeting and this has put a blemish on my morning.Breuggers Bagels has lost a customer. Sucks. Please do better with communication and respecting your customers’ time.

If you want to find a coffee and bagel shop where you can do a little reading, don't waste your time coming here. They don't allow people to sit in their dining room.

The staff were so nice to me even when I didn't deserve it! I went into the store today so stressed out. I had placed a catering order but had accidentally placed it to the wrong store and was already 20 minutes late to the meeting I was supposed to be feeding. I decided I would just ask the staff at this location to make me the same sandwiches that I had order on the fly. I was in one of those don't-f-with-me moods and I came into the store all huffy asking for a couple breakfast sandwiches and a dozen bagels. I wish I could tell you their names because everyone there was so helpful and accommodating and friendly to me. They got me exactly what I needed super quickly even with a line of other customers. It was one of those things they probably just think they were doing their job but it made a HUGE difference to me. This was around 12pm on Oct 12th... I want them to get credit!

This is the second time I have come in here and will definitely be the last. Had the worst experience. Not only did I have to wait almost a hour for my ONE bagel the woman with the long brown hair I believe it was Leah, was so rude. I just asked how long it was going to be on my bagel and she snapped and said when it gets done. After I finally received my bagel it was wrong. At that point I just left because of the horrible customer service I was given by her. The bagel was okay not what I wanted.
