This is the first time I have ever eaten at Capriotti's. I'm not much of a sandwich person, so I am very picky when it comes to sandwiches. This place is neat and tidy, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The person that helped us recommended the half soup and the half salad, so I got half of the American Wagyu Cheese Steak sandwich and the chicken noodle soup. Both were delicious! The bread was soft and the steak is very tasty. I also shared the cheese steak fries with my partner, and that was also delicious. Okay, the pictures may not do any justice because I took them after we got back to our room, but they were good.

I used to get the Bobbie in West Chester PA. Had to come in and checkout this new location. It was great. I’ll be back. If you aren’t eating here, you are missing a great sandwich. And the brownies are delicious!

Had the Italian sausage- could not identify most of what was in the sandwich, it was a sloppy, wet mess. I've never had an Italian sausage that was chopped- it was kind of gross. The taste was just ok. The paper it was wrapped in was dripping with grease- so unappetizing. They're new so I'll give them 3 stars but ...yuk. Also, no prices on the menu board is shady.

The staff, food, and place is awesome! As a college student with a meal plan, I come almost everyday for lunch, it’s such a great place to destress yourself from a lot of work with some yummy sandwiches. Please come!!

I ate at Capriotti's for the first time and it was delicious. I got the Wagyu cheese steak, and it might have been the best cheese steak I have ever had. They're newer on Franklin Street and they need more people to support them. If you're looking for a fresh, non GMO, organic sandwich, you must check out Capriotti's! Oh and the staff is incredibly nice, too. (Also, not sure why it says I am from California, I am a Chapel Hill resident.)

Huge let down. I used to go to Capriottis when I lived in California and it was always awesome. I was so excited when I saw one was opening on Franklin Street, especially since there are no good sub shops in CH. What a huge disappointment. The bread was not the same, it was more on par with subway bread and it was 3 times as expensive. We got a chicken cheesesteak and a pastrami. Both were underwhelming at best. The staff was very nice, but the food was not worth the price.

I went in Wednesday afternoon during lunch and the young man Allen greeted me from the time I got in and then he turned around and made me the Hot Bobbie and it was delicious as if it was made with love. I have been telling all my friends about my experience. And will continue to recommend to more!!

Capriotti's is a very interesting sandwich shop to say the least, with music playing and restrooms, as well as a visible cooking area and quick staff. The food variety goes between, generally, cheese steaks, salad, and sandwiches like meatball subs. That's what I want to talk about, the meatball sub I had gotten was a half sub yet ABSOLUTELY massive, with little meatball and lots of cheese and sauce, couldn't even fit it in my mouth, resulting in me having to take nibbles from the corner and then having it slop up everywhere.Between that and the meatball man who I had to fend off with my pocket crux, it was an expected experience and nothing out of the ordinary for a food place on the strip, although they have good variety of bottled food and drink to buy as well.If you're into sandwiches and are around, this is the place to go.

My wife and I grew up in Wilmington DE, home of the original Capriotti’s. We got Cheese steaks this time and they were excellent- a legit Philly cheese steak! We will be back soon to get a Bobbie. Some of their new menu items look awesome and we can’t wait to try them. Everyone one there was very friendly and attentive to us. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience true Philly cheese steaks and hoagies!
