Service was great. Food came out fast and was very good. Staff came by 3-4 times to check on us. Overall a really nice experience.

Giving a 2 star for the food, because although it was very good our food was lukewarm warm to warm at the most. I understand they were busy because of game day, but it still could have been much hotter than it was and we are not ones to complain.

The WORST service I've experienced in a long time. Get food runners. Or bussers. Or a manager who is paying attention. Anything to make it more efficient and customer-focused. Our drinks took forever. Our apps took forever. Our meal took forever. Our refills took forever. Our dessert took forever. Our bill took forever. We gave ourselves 2.5 hrs to eat and get to UNC basketball game. We were late to game because our meal took so long. Such a shame to have such a bad experience at a flagship Franklin Street restaurant. We will not go back.

The mimosa deal for $10 was great. it was the ONLY good thing about the experience. The portion of food they gave for the breakfast bowl was honestly disrespectful. We added shrimp and even with the shrimp the plate looked lackluster from the beginning. After 3 bites the plate was more than halfway gone and we had to go to wingstop after we ate to make sure we felt fully fed. The server was nice and this review does not reflect customer service. Will not come back.

Had not been here for several years so wanted to get back. Food quality was very disappointing. Got the quesadilla and the chicken was minced with no flavor. Not the fresh grilled chicken the menu described. Wife got a salad and the chicken in her sandwich was very poor quality, looking and tasting like canned chicken. Not fresh and definitely not grilled. Overall the food tastes and felt processed.

waitress was on phone a lot so we sat waiting for the check for a while. never brought us the condiments we asked for. also made a reservation on open table and when we got to the restaurant they said they didn't have any record of our reservation so we had to wait for a table. food was yummy, just poor service

The food was outstanding and the portions were very generous. The wait staff was very nice. The only problem was that two of our meals took a very long time to come to our table. Three meals were delivered quickly and those meals were finished before the two remaining were served (salad and nachos).
Excellent sweet potato waffle fries, good craft beer, but they need to find a new recipe for shrimp and grits! Lacking!

We made a reservation a few days ahead of a football Saturday. We were seated right away. Enjoyed the many screens of college games. Good service. Food came quickly.

Love Carolina Brewery!! Great people! Great General Manager! Food is delicious!! We typically go there once a week. Our favs are steak frites, salmon, quesadillas, salads, burgers, wings, pork barbecue sandwich, and fish and chips. Hard to choose :) we always feel at home there - except we don't do the cooking or the dishes LOL

Food and atmosphere were wonderful!! It was slow at the time we went which I was hoping for! Unfortunately our server started off wonderful but the appetizers came out very intermittently (we ordered 3). The last appetizer was brought out right before our meal. Our meals did not come out together and I never received a knife to cut my meat even asking several times, the waiter just kept forgetting and I gave up and ate it anyway so it didn't get too cold. It seems once our order was in he just disappeared and the energy and personality he had to begin with stopped. We drove an hour here to celebrate my son's birthday and we were not even offered dessert.
