I got an order to go. The chili was amazing but my salad greens were full of sand. I was a little grossed out. I would still recommend the soups and sandwiches I've had before but i am disappointed.

Phenominal service!!!! Food was delicious. We were somewhat of a large group and the staff took us all, very timely and everyone loved their meals. Sweet Potato Biscuits are absolutely wonderful.

OMG !!! This cafe is amazing. I travel for work often and love to try new restaurants that aren’t chains. The breakfast I just wolfed down was awesome. The blueberry crunch bagel was perfect. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, tons of blueberries, & not overly sweet. The hash brown casserole changed my life; cheesy, savory, and perfect. The iced coffee had a strong coffee flavor, not watered down at all. I’ve found my new go to breakfast place when I travel to Raleigh.

We recently had lunch at Cafe Carolina at Meadowmont while at a doctors appointment. They have an awesome bakery and coffee selections and a nice lunch menu. Their sweet potato biscuits are really good.

We were disappointed in both the service, food, and cleanliness. The person who took our order was cold and unfriendly. Breakfast was mediocre. Restaurant was dated and not very clean.

We really like dining at Cafe Carolina. Today we had an absolutely delicious bacon and spinach quiche and the always very good Charleston Smoked Turkey. The atmosphere is so welcoming and makes you want to take your time and enjoy the tea and do some reading or chat. We also want to recommend the Blueberry Crunch Bagel which with cream cheese is out of this world good too.

Came for breakfast and had a wonderful croissant egg/cheese/ham sandwich and good tea. Also came in the afternoon for iced tea and delicious brownie. I recommend for breakfast or for an afternoon snack. Baked good are fantastic.
Ordered roast beef etc. Spent $44. All I tasted was bread. Never again.

Visited before a basketball game. Painfully slow yet not that crowded. Mistake #1. Ordered flatbread. Mistake #2. Cold and just not good. Southwestern salad was a solid effort. Sandwiches rated average by my kids.
