I love cava, especially this location, tons of outdoor seating, a great ambiance, and such a great location near all my favorite grocery shops. It’s a great place to grab some food, the food is always hot, and fresh, the service is great, and as far as gluten free options they’ve got plenty!

Called to let them know I found hair in my food no answer the phone is always busy. And they didn't give me my change because they didn't have change to give back.
We ordered through Door dash. Cava have us very small portions and forgot half the toppings we requested. We requested a refund through Door dash but they do not give one if the food is poor quality.

1/2 of a Star^ This is quite literally the worst CAVA I have ever been to and I love CAVA. They are regularly out of 1/3 of their toppings, stingy with meat, and the manager can be a jerk. I usually go to CAVA at 8pm or 9pm, they close at 10pm and they’re usually out of some stuff. No biggie. But today I went around 630pm and AGAIN they are out of corn, feta, pita chips, and running low on pickled onions. 3.5 hours before closing, prime dinner time. But even before that, the person serving my protein quite literally shook chicken out of the spoon to ensure I got JUST 2 little spoonfuls. Totaling to about 10 pieces of chicken. Protein is not a topping it’s more a base, but even still EVERY other CAVAs i’ve been to has done no such thing. I did not have an interaction with the manager today but when I do he is rude answering questions, short in response, and consistently had an airpod in.
I just want this CAVA to do better if people are gonna be paying $12-18, and could've just gone to Chipotle instead.
