Me and my Dad stopped in after his treatment initially walking in we entered the line wrong the cashier came over and directed us to the line and she seemed agitated. Upon ordering our food (it was my first cava experience) I felt like I was bothering her. My dad was telling me no tomatoes I thought he said add tomatoes she slapped a spoonful on top so fast and when she realized we actually didn’t want it her face was disgusted I was so uncomfortable that we actually kept the tomatoes. Store just opened, no way she was overwhelmed she is not great with the public at all! We did not enjoy our $50 lunch because of her. Our first and last CAVA experience.

Did not even put half a spoon of rice in the bowl and when I asked for more she told me I would be changed… I have been coming to cava for years and this was the skimpiest bowl I’ve ever had. The next sever was extremely rude when my dad asked a reasonable question. Flies were circling and landing on the food throughout the serving bar too. Bad experience and then left still hungry…

Recently they have fell off their groove. I ordered two meals online and only had one made on my arrival. They forgot to make the other one! When I finally had it made, they missed several ingredients including the harissa chicken. They were nice and happy to remake my order when I came back but then I had to get my own lid and other supplies when it was originally a to go order

Used to be really good but now they try to save every penny and give tiny portions of meat and half sized side pitas which used to be complimentary unlimited. Genuinely frustrating to watch the employees give you 2 pieces of meat and then roll their eyes when you ask for the proper amount you paid for
