Love CAVA but this store needs better management. I live in the Pac NW so come to CAVA anytime I am near one as we don’t have CAVA yet in our region.
This CAVA location on Elliott Rd needs help. They were out of brown rice for the 15 mins I waited for it. Trash cans both overflowing. Soda and drink area was a mess. Ice machine empty. Windows on doors going into the store really dirty with hand prints. Many empty tables insdie and outside with leftover food and mess, not too sanitary or welcoming.
If I lived in the area I would frequent other locations before returning to this one due to the disarray.

Most of the staff at this store have pretty poor attitudes — they’re not as good as the ones over at Southpoint. Although the food is good, but the portions are very small.

We all love Cava at our office and I would love to give 4 stars (yes, there's a 'but' coming...) But, we rarely get all of the dressings for our bowls. while Cava bowls are delicious, they are not the same without the dressings! I tried calling the Chapel Hill location to give this message to them, but couldn't get a human, so I really hope you read this review. One disappointed customer.

I'm from Atlanta, Georgia, I travel for work, I have not eaten at this CAVA in North Carolina -Durham, Chapel but what I notice about the reviews at these CAVA restaurants is the portion size and bad attitudes from the servers/employees. it's like these people apply for the job and don't like this type of occupation, customer service is a very important thing to businesses, terrible attitudes turn people away and cost businesses plenty money. if you feel uncomfortable about being a server in the restaurant business do not apply for the job.

We came in 1 pm. Great fresh food! Clean atmosphere. The guy who took our order was in a hurry and didn't look like he wanted to be there. Its was just me and my friend and no one else was on line. He kept saying what else, what else, what else, what else, what else. Ruined our experience for good food. The cashier was polite and accommodating.
