Recently they have fell off their groove. I ordered two meals online and only had one made on my arrival. They forgot to make the other one! When I finally had it made, they missed several ingredients including the harissa chicken. They were nice and happy to remake my order when I came back but then I had to get my own lid and other supplies when it was originally a to go order
Cava never disappoints, but what sets this Cava apart is its exceptional customer service. The manager (Nansha?) went out of her way to ensure an incredible experience. Many thanks for a 10/10 meal!
I absolutely LOVE CAVA, I have frequented this location since it first opened and like all restaurants, it has had its ups and downs throughout this time. That being said, my visit tonight was hands down the best experience that I've ever had. I was a bit wary about whether I would swing by today with the influx of students getting back into town, but I trusted my gut and clearly made the right choice. My food being delicious is never an issue, but what made tonight special...
