Slow, slow, slow...ordered before I even arrived and then waited 21 minutes for my food to be brought out. 2 melted milkshakes, a half-melted ice dream cup, a half-melted frozen coffee, and two soggy luke warm fries. They basically waited until they had all the district managers food who were sitting outside chatting the entire time I was there. Did they not notice my car and only my car sitting there for 21 minutes. Only did one other car arrive after 18 minutes of me waiting in my car. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I won’t spend over $31 for crap fast food. The only positive is the sandwiches were hot.

I can’t believe the manager at this location told me because her restaurant location always mess up my order that “I shouldn’t eat at chick fil a period” this lady name was Jackie and she is a grey shirt manager, Heath the other manager was standing beside her when she said that and I can tell he was bothered by it also. That’s something I wouldn’t even tell my worse customer and believe me when I say my clients are very hard to deal with cause I don’t sale food I fix stuff which is way more complicated than taking orders and frying fries. And she also lied and said that chick fil a dont give money back if someone return something. I know that’s a lie and just because the virus is out does not mean you lower your customer service. That was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. Because she did that I will be sure to come only to that chick fil a and everything that is not up to par I will complain and put in bad reviews. I have let their bad behavior and unclean location slide too many times. And let me just tell everyone why I was there returning food anyway. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and they only gave me three pieces and one piece was bitten and of course fries was cold too. They gave me a hard time about getting a refund but offered to remake the food. Luckily I was hungry anyway so I accepted. This location sucks seriously and please mind the fact that I hardly eat fast food period only reason I support chick fil a is because of their customer service so if I get bad customer service at chick fil a then they failed miserably and that’s unacceptable.... I don’t recommend anyone coming here unless they want bad service and half eaten food!!!!!!

I wanted to ask the lady a question, but she looked at me like I was stupid and shooed me away to keep walking. Idiots like her need to learn politeness. Chick fil a should pull out of this d*** little deal because it's defacing their name.

Don’t like the long lines at all & there should be some type of value for having to wait so long. They cook their waffle fries & hash browns under the standard limit so they’re never crispy or golden like they should be. This is the only location I know of that has this problem. I always have to ask for them to be extra crispy & sometimes forget to because at all other locations they make it right automatically.
