I placed a large order for a work event and the pickup experience was great. The customer service was top tier and the man/young adult (I'm sorry but I think his name was Seiko) he was amazing. I probably have the name messed up. The food was great for a resonable price to food 10-15 people. Will use them again for future events.

Fairly new building. Over by the handicap parking, there's no outlet. Have to leave the way you come in. Employees were great! Fast service! Very polite and mannered.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs and rollaters and such but didn't see an electric handicap door opener.

Do people really read reviews when it comes to fast food restaurants? I certainly hope so. Otherwise, I'm wasting my time. I'm also desperately trying to avoid being redundant, as I recently reviewed a Chick-fil-A in Durham. However, this new restaurant in Chapel Hill is not only beautiful, but every employee appears to have a personal stake in its success. Friendly, personable staff; consistently good food; fair pricing; nice digs... It's definitely a winning combination.

Just like most Chick Fil-A's, this new location has excellent customer service - both in Drive-Thru and Dine-In. I've been here multiple times since they opened a few months ago, and I have to say that this is the best fast food spot in the Chapel Hill area, especially for breakfast.

The dining area looks somewhat smaller than most Chick Fil-As I've been to - not in terms of space but the amount of seats. Regardless, I was able to easily find a seat in my latest visit for breakfast. There's pop music from the radio playing in just the right volume, so the atmosphere doesn't feel dead. Place looks clean overall and temperature is just right despite the cold weather outside.

Chick fil-A's app is one of the best for ordering in any method. I never have to go to the front counter when dining in but I noticed a tiny flaw when going ordering via Mobile drive thru: it seems they don't prepare the order until you get to the drive thru area - which could be a good and bad thing. Good because it ensures freshness but in a couple of experiences, it was bad because I had to wait a few more minutes despite ordering via the app ahead of time even though there weren't a lot of customers.

In the latest visit, I dined in for breakfast and ordered a spicy biscuit combo with those little "hashbrowns" and half sweet tea/half unsweetened. My latest discovery is that I could just order the protein such as a spicy fillet for the first time. Also got the honey and the other type of honey sauce for the sandwich. I also added egg and American cheese on my sandwich for additional price, and my total was around $10.50 - overall great value for fastfood breakfast. I sometimes order parfait with granala instead of hash but that costs around $3 more. Spicy chicken fillet sandwich was satisfying, breaded and spiced just right. The signature Chick Fil-A sauce is good but I wish they also have something similar to Cane's or Zaxby's spiced orange sauce.

Being able to customize order in the app is easy and it's nice to get points for rewards (free items). Chick Fil-A's reputation for having amazing customer service is carried on in this location, and this is one of the major reasons I decide to go to this fast food over others. An employee often comes and ask if I need anything like a refill and they sometimes help take my trash away when I'm done. Despite a few flaws like forgetting a drink order or leaving 1 of the tables not completely clean at 1 time, Chick Fil-A's customer service is excellent in this particular location.

I'll definitely return here again (more for breakfast). Not saying lunch/dinner menu is bad - love the salad and the typical chicken sandwiches and breaded tenders but since they took out the pimento sandwiches, it gave me 1 less reason (major to me) to grab lunch or dinner. They need to spice it up, introduce something new worth trying.

Nonetheless, I enjoy Chick Fil-A overall and I'm glad this Chapel Hill locatiok now exists. It's close to the Planet Fitness too, so customers can go there if they want to burn those poultry calories!

This is a new restaurant run by the same excellent management team as the store near Southpoint Mall. As Chik-fil-A’s go (good fast food), this is one of the best! The staff are all so courteous and friendly. We eat here weekly and always look forward to it! Try the Chik-fil-A sauce!

Everyone knows Chick-fil-A employees are nice, but the employees at this location are SO nice! I've only ever been in the drive thru, and even still their genuineness really makes my day. Such kind people that work there! <3

Apparently the ability to complete an order with "no pickle" is difficult for this location.
The French fries were luke warm like they had sat there waiting to be served for 10 minutes.
Sad thing is, it's not the first time. For the pickles it's the 2nd out of 4 visits and the fries are 3 out 4 visits... the only time I didnt receive low quality fries is when I went for breakfast and they were not a part of the order.. This location just sucks.
