I eat here often as a local delivery driver and every time the staff and management are great. Chick filet as a whole should be the standard setter for customer service in the fast food industry.

I asked for extra ice in my unsweetened tea and by the time I got to the table I had two cubes in a large cup. I went up and had it fixed. I was on my 3rd bite into my chicken sandwich and there was a hard piece of nasty stuff. Needless to say I was done.
I had a reward for minis. No where on the reward does it say BREAKFAST ONLY. Tried to redeem and the person taking orders was quite snippy and only said "I can't do that". This after standing for several minutes while he and another employee chatted with their back to the counter. After asking twice why not, he finally would only say "that's a breakfast". I worked in customer service so try to be polite and lenient but this guy was just plain rude and didn't want to be there. I left without purchasing anything.
