Horrible people here. They reported our car because we “walked off property” after parking our car in the lot where you can park for the nail salon too. Pitiful that they weren’t even busy and lot wasn’t even full. We walked away for less than 5 minutes before coming back from getting a drink to go in nail salon. Wouldn’t support this business or hateful people.

Excellent flavors and service in a clean, friendly, spacious restaurant! The tikka masala is perfect. We will be visiting regularly. Thanks for a great dinner!

Parked my car on Franklin street in the parking lot where Chimney is located, was gone for maybe 20 minutes to get boba because there is no parking anywhere else. I come back and my car is towed. What a loser!

Not only was Sonny and amazing bartender, he was friendly, prompt, and personable. I am beyond pleased with the attention, personalized experience and passionate drive for his craft. The food is amazing and I could not be happier!

Literally were outside in the process of ordering food for ourselves and our 2 year old daughter for pickup and they called a tow service to have our car removed from their parking lot. Completely inconsiderate. Never giving this place my business.
Terrible service, the waiters don’t care about customers and are really busy at chatting with each other

I went with my friend and she did not like the food that much! The portion sizes were smaller and she said it wasn’t flavorful. Also when we went, the whole place smelled a bit weird, like antiseptic.
When I first moved here from Greensboro, I was worried I wouldn't find a local Indian restaurant that I loved as much as the one I'd been frequenting for almost a decade. But from the very first bite of Chimney, I knew I had found my favorite local spot.
For starters, this restaurant is so peaceful. Comfortable chairs, a great view of Franklin, and this calm and serene vibe from the moment you walk in, until you walk out.
I have yet to have a bad meal here. I'm vegetarian, and I can genuinely order anything off the vegetarian menu, and know it's going to blow my mind. My favorite is their incredible lunch special where I get just a little bit of everything, though I am always partial to a palak paneer.
Finally, the service here is fantastic. They are fast and always so very kind.
I've yet to try much other Indian food in the triangle, even after so many months living here now. I just can't stop going to Chimney!
This place is TERRIBLE. They pay friends to leave fake reviews!!!!!!!! DONT EVER GO HERE. I ATE HERE AND IT WAY BAD PLUS MY CAR GOT TOWED.
Excellent food and place. However, we will not be back after an incident with the towing company working at their parking lot. Barnes Towing is harrasing clients.
