I came here for lunch one day and they got my order wrong. The young gentleman ask me if I would accept the incorrect order, and the next time I came in he would give me my lunch for free.
When I entered the restaurant the owner sat me at a table. I explained what had happened and he came at me with a bunch of questions. I told him what his employee offered and I was there to accept it.
The owner said that he was the boss and wouldn't honor what his employee offered.
I had money, I could pay for my meal but due to his attitude, I opted to leave.
There food is tolerable however, their customer service is not. Not very smart on his part!

I do DoorDash and this is one of my least favorite places to pick up! The lady behind the counter refused to give me my customers food because she claimed I needed to take a photo of it first! She has absolutely ZERO CLUE how DoorDash works and it was not her job to tell me how to do my job! It also takes a very long time to get your order here as well. I tell every person I deliver too how bad your restaurant is.

Both items I order by uber looked slightly burnt and had a burnt taste to it and I’m pregnant .. Highly disappointed because I’ve been having issues with the hospital food and decided to order out just to have issues here

All I can say is, it's open on Monday. My normal go-to (Jade Palace) is closed on Monday so I figured I'd try this place out. I really wish I had saved my money. The sesame chicken was over fried breading (almost no meat) and the egg roll was soggy. The sesame auce tasted weird and my partner's human chicken was described as weirdly squishy and flavorless.

Delicious Chinese food in chapel hill, my favorite spot!
I have seen these women getting food out of the garbage of Food Lion when they take it down the ramp to dispose. They then feed it to you.
Order kung pao chicken for takeout. Food came out quickly and good portion size. I enjoy the variety of veggies present in the dish!
Service is amazing and food was delicious. Best Chinese food in Chapel Hill!
