Food is fine, standard Chipotle. Leaving a review because manager weirdly chastised employee twice while I was getting my order, over really small things. I used to work at a Chipotle and I didn't know what the manager's problem was. Weird vibe for sure, not a cute look.

Chicken was full of scraps like cartilage and ligaments. Very little of it was meat
This place absolutely SUCKS on portions. I asked for regular chicken and the girl jipped me of the protein. I literally got like half a scoop. Probably like 5 total pieces. I asked for more and she said “bro that’s plenty” and then told me it would be double and looks at me like I was asking for gold or something. So naturally I got double to see if I could get more. And it was another piss poor scoop. . NEVER GO HERE. You will be treated like crap and they have NO REMORSE. 18$ for this.

Staff are very unprofessional and conflict oriented — multiple staff taking breaks while 5+ people waiting for pick-up orders, and someone asked about the orders left on the cart (visible to everyone) in the kitchen, told rudely, loud “I’m on my break”. Male line cook follows out this man yelling at him? This location is a joke. All previous reviews about staff, attitudes, and the cult like behavior within are 100%. Reported to corporate.

I recently placed an order but unfortunately, I received the wrong items. When I addressed the issue with the manager Brittany, I was met with rudeness rather than assistance. I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service, and this experience was disappointing.

I’m writing this few minutes after going to this location to buy food in a long time because of the fact that I found nails in my bowl. Unfortunately, this time was no better and I did encounter the same problem!
Please do consider taking sanitary measures more seriously because this can hurt people if they consume it by accident.

Girl at the register tonight was screaming at customers and rolling her eyes at the gentleman in front of me about online pickup (after jamming the pickup shelf to the side so no one could see it), and then told me I "needed to check my attitude" after giving my name (again, after she was screaming at people and forcefully moved the shelf for no one to see it).
I understand the restaurant is busy, but there is really no need to yell at people (who are giving their name as you're screaming it out). If it's inconvenient for employees to have to handle the pick up shelf while also serving customers in person, perhaps the shelf should be moved elsewhere, where employees won't need to be bothered helping people who are trying to pick up food they already paid for. Have never been spoken to by an employee this way and it was very unnecessary.

The burrito I ordered didn’t even get closed so it instantly broke when I tried to hold it and when I asked for a refund the slow/ unhelpful staff took forever to help me out

One of ur workers still doesn't know how to make a burrito. I understand working in food and customer service however I am constantly having the worst burritos in the world from this man. At first I thought he was being trained but as i kept getting these disgusting burritos i realized this is just how he makes them. i literally throw them away after a few bites of just pure rice with 2 shreds of cheese. I have genuine sympathy, pls someone help this man so we are not wasting our money on horrific burritos

Delivery app and service is terrible. I received my ice cold order 50 minutes late and wasn’t even able to contact customer service.
This place needs to seriously hire an entire new team of people. My friend ordered door dash from here and received the completely wrong order with someone else’s name. I thought it was a fluke so I also ordered door dash delivery from here and they completely forgot one of the burrito bowls AND there was hair in the queso. I nearly spent $40 so I went up there and thankfully they remade everything and were nice about it…but there was hair in the queso AGAIN. I’m not making this up. When I got home there was a hair right on the top of the second queso they gave me. I feel like it’s either on purpose or they really don’t care. This is by far the worst and most unsanitary Chipotle I have ever been to. There needs to be a health inspection done here immediately before another outbreak.

Today is Veterans Day and based on Chipotles website they had bogo 1/2 off the 2nd entree. They staff acted as if they did not know what I was talking about, so they got the manager. I showed him the online special it posted for Veterans Day but the manger still refused stating he didn’t get an email about any Veterans Day deals. As a Veteran who also showed my ID on VETERANS DAY… anything to show honor or support to us who have served our country would’ve been nice even if he could not honor what the website itself stated as today’s deal. Like a free drink for instance. But he did not. No apology no NOTHING. The steak was dry and cold. And on top of all that, a staff member blocked my car in and I had to go back in and ask customers and staff if they had a white Mazda just to get out of the spot. At least that staff member apologized. But I will never go to this location again. 🚯

Bad staff!! Very bad on pick up! No one cares how much time we be waiting. They keeping all bags inside the kitchen and never cares about the people are be waiting on their order. Not doing the job correctly. Staff just don’t give a damn about it. It’s just not cool for us. Convenience, and when it’s just very simple, grab the bag from the kitchen and give it to costumer. That’s how much the people works there are dumb. Can’t imagine it
the cashiers are the worst- they’re always so grumpy and rude. I think I’ve only ever had one person at the cashier be nice to me. Needs a staff reevaluation. I love the location though and the food is good for its price.
