Tried to order a quesadilla in the store and they were extremely rude. Told me i could only order a kids quesadilla in the store, even though they could make an adult size quesadilla through the app. It didn’t make sense to me but I ended up settling for three kids quesadillas that tasted like dining hall food. Very annoyed and disappointed.

There was half of a beetle in my food. There was still a wing and a leg attached. I don't know where the other half went and I'm scared to find out. I tried calling the store a few times and was unable to ever talk to anyone. Usually I love Chipotle but I'm not really a fan of bugs in my food.

Girl that was working on utilities next to soda fountain had really cold attitude. Folk was empty and all I did was asking if she had more folks and she was like “wait a second” in a very cold tone without even looking at me. I can usually take people being cold but she was just too much. She came back and gave me folk saying “here you go” in a very cold tone again without eye contact. If you are that miserable and hate your job then stay away from any customer service job. Guy that made my salad bowl was friendly and awesome though

I have came to eat at this location a couple of times this past few months. This last time I was excited because it was my birthday, and since I received a reward for it I wanted to go eat specifically at chipotle. When I got the the register to pay for my food I was treated with an attitude and also felt as if my questions were dumb. I should be treated with respect no matter what. There definitely needs to be more smiles and better customer service. The steak was also a little cold when I was eating it. But overall taste was good.

Ive eaten at Chipotle 3 times in my life. 1 time i got sick and the other time it was just mediocre. This time I can safely say it was a 4/5 experience. That's some good quality stuff. Very skilled burrito artisans. And a very high level of professionalism. If they could make parts for my company I'd have them do it they're so good!
