Workers mostly were nice and attentive but I guess highly not prepared for special rush. Hadn’t had a problem last few visits but something has definitely changed and won’t be back. Latest review show same. Spices on chicken wasn’t balanced and made food unenjoyable forgot my tortillas for my bowls didn’t make as requested but was going to let that go till I realized they messed up more than that. Cashier was nice but no receipts made my bag and now I’m missing points from my order.

A Chipotle worker failed to change her gloves before preparing my food. She touched money, cleaning chemicals, and the register screen, then handled my lettuce with the same gloves and put her fingers inside my cup. This is very unsanitary.

Extremely late pickup orders at times. Then they prioritize people who have been waiting in line at the store longer than you instead of whoever actually placed the order first and arrived on time.

Most inconsistent Chipotle I've ever been to. Sometimes you get an overfilled bowl and sometimes you get barely anything. Nobody likes rolling the dice every time they want lunch!

The service is terrible, the manager is rude and aggressive, and the food quality is genuinely concerning. Save yourself the money and possibly your health.Go anywhere else.

Since this location reopened after the flooding, the staff have shown little effort or care in providing a quality product. My most recent visit was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. The food was poorly prepared, the attitude from management was dismissive, and to make matters worse, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward.

I reached out to Chipotle’s customer service, and all I received was a generic “sorry” email and said it was reported to the location. It’s clear that this location doesn’t value its customers or their well-being.

My quesadilla. A RAW TORTILLA. No cheese and not cooked. I ordered a tray and someone felt it was appropriate to throw a raw tortilla in there and call it a day. How is this even possible?

The staff is great many times in Chipotle you get people who seem like theyre annoyed that customers even showed up but these guys and gals are friendly and even tho its a crazy lunch rush hour they seem headstrong. The food is good havent had any complaints and the bathroom is clean. I'd make the extra drive to get it from here

Literally took rice out of my bowl because he thought he gave me too much. The rice didn’t even cover the bottom. The portions were so small it didn’t even fill me up. won’t be back.
