How terrible of an experience. The taste was fine but the portion size was incredibly small and the tortillas were like rubber. I will not be back nor will I recommend this chipotle. It was $30 for a bowl and extra meat. That is criminal

Find another location . Has the nerve to charge me $5 for a brisket taco scrapping the crumbs out of the bottom FOH . Service wasn’t great either $15 for stank attitudes I’ll just go to cava 😭

Definitely one of the better Chipotle's I've been to. It still never going to be able to be fully elevated when it's a chain like this but they really do the best they can here and with the service here being outstanding.

This location makes me never want to eat Chipotle again. The food never tastes the same. Today I had a burrito with crunchy rice and the wrap was too chewy and inedible.

I’ve always loved Chipotle for its consistency – I know exactly what I’m getting every time I walk in. However, this particular location has really dropped the ball. I've visited about six times, and each visit has come with a different issue. I’ve only had one meal here that tasted the same as other Chipotle locations, even though I order the same burrito with the same ingredients every time.

Here are some of the issues I’ve encountered:

-One burrito had way too much rice, another had way too little.
-On one occasion, the rice was undercooked and crunchy.
-One burrito had so much salsa that it was the only flavor I could taste.
-The fajita veggies were barely cooked on another visit.
-Another time, they were out of lettuce and cheese and didn’t refill the containers until I asked.

Ultimately, I think these problems point to management. It seems like there’s a lack of training and consistency among the staff, which results in a poor experience.

On the positive side, I do want to mention that the portions are always generous, especially with the meat. One of the managers is also very friendly and always interacts with her team kindly.

I’m hesitant to post this review since I’ve always left 5-star reviews in the past. However, I think it’s important to provide feedback. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location unless these issues are addressed.

Honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food was not chipotle-quality. Rice was literally crunchy. Portions were skimpy. Veggies were undercooked. Pico had pieces of tomato that were clearly not ripe. Arrived at 7:30PM to order two dinner bowls and they were out of chicken. Took two bites and the seasoning was horrible, brisket was dry (and I didn’t even want the brisket! I came for chicken!). I would give this place a 0 stars if I could.

I had the worst experience at this Chipotle! First, the server gave me barely any meat when I ordered double, and her first scoop was already half of what it should have been. Then, I got overcharged for an extra side. When I brought it up, the manager had a terrible attitude and acted like it was my fault. To top it off, I had to swipe my card three times just to fix an error they made! This kind of service is completely unacceptable. This is probally one of the most stingy chipotles around here with the worst attitudes the manager is nice nasty.

My order came completely wrong and the chicken was charred black..seriously don’t go here. Idk who is managing that place but clearly they don’t care about the quality of food.

This is the last time I come to Chipotle, and I highly recommend you purchase food at ANY other location.

On multiple occasions, they've gotten my order completely wrong; but I get a craving for a salad bowl, forget how terrible they are, and come back. Every time I order food here, I leave knowing I wasted $30 and STILL have to go home and make food for myself.

Not only did I receive an order that was completely different from what was written on the receipt, but there was a pool of water at the bottom of the bowls, and the rice was barely cooked. Completely inedible. You really expect to keep customers with the food quality this low? In this economy???? HA!

Not impressed.
First, there was a hair in the center of my bowl, very disappointing and unsanitary. I could not bring myself to finish my food.

Second, there was little to no meat left when I came in around 8pm and I do not think I got what I paid for.

I hope there will be some kind of remedy to this situation.

My tacos were literally made with LOVE! The man that made them wrapped them with such care when he was done too. This location NEVER disappoints! Guac HITS, pico is the right amount of spicy, great service too!

Got the worst food poisoning of my life from a burrito I ate yesterday. I don’t know what ingredient wasn’t cooked/washed properly but yall need to make sure your food doesn’t cause people to be getting sick for 8 straight hours
