The acai bowl was terrible. It barely tasted like acai. I got the most basic bowl which is still mixed with several other fruits including banana. I was also very surprised that the blueberries and mango on top were frozen so in the cold season the only fresh fruit available is bananas. It was a wasted $14.

Usually I love this clean juice. I always do an online order because I go to school down the street and only have a small lunch period. Today it said my
Order would be ready by 12:15. One of the employees seemed new because they just kept getting flustered and couldn't work the blender so just kept re stocking the napkins and playing on their phone. At 12:30 I finally went up to the counter to ask about my order and stood there waiting for a good few minutes before the employee on their phone finally noticed me standing there and looked me like I had 5 eyes when I showed him my pick up order. He said the salad should be made soon. It's just frustrating because I saw they had orders coming in and only 1 of them was working on it but they just kept talking to talk to each other and would stop anything they were doing. The lady before me said it took over 12 minutes for them to make her açaí bowl. Hopefully it was just an off day usually the service here is great! But today I was beyond disappointed. I won't even have time to eat my lunch I wish I just went somewhere else.

I made an online order July 17th at 7:20pm that was supposed to ready for pickup yesterday at 7:40ish. I arrive at 7:47pm for the order to still not be completed. So I waited in store until they finished. The gentleman almost forgot the drizzle & was reminded by another employee. I've ordered from here once before but my bowl didn't look like the one I received yesterday. I was below satisfactory & I would greatly appreciate a refund. Ate a couple bites & threw it away b/c it still had the goji berries I did not want added.----This is an exact email sent to support which has not yet been responded to not resolved.

I’m visiting from out of town and this Clean Juice was SO much better than the one I have at home (Wilmington, NC). I went on 5/21 around 8:30am and the staff working then were so much friendlier and inviting than what I’m used to. Great job guys! The bowl was amazing too! Thank you for a great experience.

Simply terrible management. I had $5 in my rewards and went to use for a fresh juice. I was told they changed their reward system 4 days prior and to check my junk email about notification. I had to update the app and several attempts to reset my password.I now have a 'free natural sweetener' reward after spending $22.47 in the new reward program instead of my $5 I earned on prior purchases. Which is nonsense.I received no emails about this. Checked my junk, trash and all inboxes.The manager of the store did not apologize for their issues with the update and me not receiving any email notification.Not honoring my $5 rewards was small minded and bad business.Go to JUICEKEYS in Durham for a much better selection and friendly, professional management and staff.
