Don’t go there after 12am! Worker did not want to serve me / wrong order, wrong food & charged me for extra / chip of plastic was in my food. Go somewhere that they want to serve you! (Time-Out, Cosmic Cantina, Tacos Trucks)

Overall, the food was a good deaI since I get more food per dollar compared to other fast food chains. I got the Big Double burger "Cheddar style." The cajun fries were a bit soggy and the onion rings were mid. However, the banana pudding shake was good just that it had more of a thicker consistency like ice cream to the point where I needed a spoon to eat/drink it.

They gave me the wrong milkshake after I double checked that it was the correct one and they said it was. The incorrect milkshake contained my allergen. I do appreciate that the person at the front fixed it for me, just please be more mindful of allergens.

Ordered quesadilla tray with chicken wraps, received chicken wraps and cajun fries. Order was $12 for it to be wrong, and all sides, like come on.

Gave me a busted milkshake cup that broke. I ordered a tray with two chicken quesadillas, walking taco and onion rings with a separate side of a chicken ranch wrap. They never gave me my onion rings and my ranch wrap. When I mentioned both and showed the tray, they said one of the chicken quesadillas was the wrap (news flash it wasn’t) and that she’d get my onion rings. Several orders came out and I asked again (politely) about my onion rings, receipt in tow, and she was like “Oh I thought you already left” Like what on earth fine. So horrible service, didn’t get to consume half the food I paid for. So upset like

when we we’re waiting in line we were looking at the menu and the cashier had just got done with the other customers and looked at us and said “Um the registers over here” really annoyed and one other worker walked passed her and she said right infront of us “I don’t know why they keep standing over there the registers right here” even though we were only just looking at the menu and I told her we were just looking at the menu and she was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and then I had to keep repeating my order which was only 4 milkshakes and I asked for extra Oreo in one and it took around 30 minutes for us to actually get our milkshakes and when she handed them to me they were melted and no extra Oreo.

Bad service. Very rude worker. Friend asked what sauce they have after running out of the famous cookout sauce. Worker quote on quote said “boy I don’t know”. Did not give us enough ranch.
