Food was hot and fresh. Prices are AWESOME! the dining room is larger than any other Cook Out I have been to. Clean too. The order taker was delivering food to customers seated and waiting. Very nice!

I always get the oreo mint shake, and most times, they don't stir it, so everything is on the bottom, but this time, they forget the mint entirely. It was also not busy at all bc it was a Monday at 4 pm. The quesodilla was burnt, and we didn't get the sauces we want, which is why it's only 3 stars. By the time we found out we were too far away to come back. Everything on the menu tastes good, but I recommend the cookout in durham instead if you can.

It‘s Cook Out. A southern chain with southern stylings. There is little doubt why it outstrips the other fast food joints and national franchises. The consistency is spot on, you know what you’re getting every time.
lady training the guy at the window was rude. I Basically wanted to check my order and ask for a receipt bc past orders have missed items but she told the guy hurry up close the window and say bye after he gave me the correct sauce. Left with still part of my order missing again. Really ticked. And pretty bad customer service for someone who’s trying to train the guy at the window. To add my sister had went through prior and she knew exactly what i was talking about bc she had the same experience. Luckily her order was fine but the customer service itself was really not the same as it’s been in the past. Even though we’ve had orders that haven’t been correct we still come back bc of the friendly service. Tonight was a complete let down.

I've not once gone into that store and the staff isn't smiling. The food is amazing every time, even when they're super busy.. The manager Nate and cashier Antoney were just the best and made our night much better.
