Horrible experience. We placed our order a hour ahead of time and they forgot to do it. We went up there to pick it up and had to basically argue for then to find it. Then told me it would be another hour cuz 9 new orders came in. 3 workers in there and 1 new guy asked his coworkers for help and the other 2 ignored him completely. Will not be coming back or recommending to others

I am appalled you allowed this pie to come out of your store. This is an embarrassment, clearly the manager you got switched over from Hillsborough doesn't have any sense of quality control. I swear are you just hiring the most incompetent people you can find on planet earth? It seems like it. The can't cut the pizza, they can't make even slices, they always forget the garlic sauce. Jesus chirst you put shame to pizza. Go to any store that's not owned by this franchise (aka the Pattersons) we all want Mac Patterson back. He knew how to run a franchise. I ordered two pizzas via the Dominoes app. By the time I arrived at the store, the tracker in the app indicated that both pizzas were ready. However, upon entering the store, the employee that helped me told me he would have to remake one of the pizzas. He explained the store was understaffed, and apologized for the mistake.
After the second pizza was remade, the employee attempted to ring up my order, which was paid in full through the app when the order was made. Finally, once I returned to my home I realized I had two of the same pizzas instead of the two different pizzas that I ordered.
The pizzas tasted fine, and the employee was pleasant. I was just disappointed I had to wait for the order to be filled correctly, only to get home to find it was still incorrect. It also would have been nice if some offer was made to compensate me for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, that did not happen either.

I had been going to the Domino's on Bypass Lane until it closed during the the Elliott Road extension construction. Ever since it reopened on S. Elliott Road the service and food has been noticeably worse.
It seems like they're always understaffed, so even though the app gives an estimated time, your order is always much later. The quality of the food has gone down, and items are often missing.
The last straw for me was when we ordered on 12/23/24. The app ETA was 4:55-5:05 pm but it kept showing "in prep". We arrived at 5pm, and there was one person working. He was friendly but clearly overworked and doing his best to keep up. He said someone else was supposed to be there but he hadn't showed. And my wasn't ready (and the app still showed that it was being prepped).
I waited about 20 minutes and 3 other parties came in with the same problem (ordered online, order wasn't ready or hadn't been brought out yet). Finally the app showed our order was done, but no one never came out or called anyone's name. He kept making pies, all while the phone rang non-stop,
After a while, another employee showed up but didn't ask any of us who were waiting for our names or to help. Then she disappeared. A third employee showed up but again, he didn't come to the counter or asked for anyone's name. There were 3 parties waiting at the counter. Finally the first employee came out, asked my name, and took 3 pizzas that had been sitting on a shelf and handed them to me. How long had my order even been sitting there? I don't even know. Whatever the case, they were cold. And really really sloppy (no dough, all sauce, uneven, undercooked). And it wasn't until I drove home that I realized the dipping sauce we paid for ($1 each!) was missing.
Look, I enjoy the taste of Domino's Pizza, but this location in Chapel Hill no longer meets the quality Domino's has always provided. I felt terrible for the gentleman working that night by himself. I could tell he was trying his best. I feel like this location must be under different management or something because ever since it moved down the street, our orders are always delayed, missing an item and/or sloppy.
I think I'll stick to the local Alfredo's Pizza Village at University Place from now on, unless management improves.

This is my first review for a reason, I have ordered from this new location around ten times, and not a single time has it arrived within an hour of the estimated delivery time. Most of the time it is around 2 hours before the food arrives.
I don't blame the employees, as every time I have gone in person, the workers are clearly very busy, visibly understaffed, and unable to meet the volume of orders coming in. At first I assumed that this was the struggles of a new location, but this same problem has gone on for months now, regardless of who is working or time of day.
Each time I have gotten an email with a link for a free medium pizza or a discount, but this does nothing to help if the process of receiving the food is miserable.
Ownership/Management simply needs to do better. Pay your employees a real wage, and give them what is necessary to do their jobs, or start letting your customers know that it will take around 2 hours to receive your food.

I ordered a large pizza and bread bites. Pizza had toppings and cheese just like in the commercials! 1st time at this location, won't be the last! Keep up the great job.
I just ordered pasta and cheesy bread. The bread looks smaller than usual and the pasta was dry with barely any sauce and barely any noodles. It’s not even enough for my son. I had to go home and cook to add to the pasta so we wouldn’t still be hungry. I paid 26$ for barely anything. Probably won’t be back to this location.

My husband placed an order for pick up…when he arrived the gentleman working behind the counter was extremely friendly. We only had to wait just a few minutes for our order and he had it boxed and ready to go. When we got home our food was still very fresh and everything was just as we had ordered it. I will definitely make sure to order again from this location.

This location is the closest to the Chapel hill Community Center Park. But somehow the employees called and said that they don't deliver to this location because is too far away. And recommend me to call the one in Carrboro which is 10 extra minutes father away. What???? Why?? It's simply stupid and suspicious.
So, I been reading the review with this store, it seems to have good reviews until the about 6 months ago from today 7/21/24. The negative review begins to pile up one after another. Look like they either hire some lazy management to run this store or just simply hire people without proper training.
