Exceptional experience at Domino's! I swung by to pick up my order, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the pickup process a breeze. As for the food, my medium pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage was mouthwateringly delicious, with just the right amount of toppings and perfectly cooked crust. The 8-piece hot Buffalo wings were a hit as well – crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. Overall, impeccable customer service paired with outstanding food made for a memorable visit. Domino's never disappoints!

Honestly I wish I could give zero. I have been ordering from here and every time there is something wrong. Pasta in my cheese dip, spinach and feta bread instead of cinnamon twist and then tonight I am not able to login to the app or the website. I called the store to ask if it was down and she rudely said that someone had called and hung up on her asking the same thing! I had nothing to do with that so adjust your attitude especially if your the MOD!!!!! This location owns me food from the last mix up but let’s just say never call the store unless you want to be yelled at!!!! Rude is not the correct word!

i tried to order over the phone but they had an awful automated response system. i decided to just go in and order and they had me do it online. while waiting for my order i noticed that the employees kept shuffling through receipts and mixing up orders. it seemed like they didn’t know what food went where. when i finally got my food after having to tell them what i ordered to make sure i got the right thing, my pizza wasn’t cut and the toppings were wrong.

I asked for green peppers on my pizza and the Manager!…. Not a worker.. The Manager… gave me a bag of green peppers!! The GHETTO. That’s what this location is… A brand new ghetto. This location is not it.

REALLY needs to get their online system in order. Couldn’t find my order after ordering it two hours ahead of time. Six people in the store wondering where their orders were. Manner was too busy telling people to “hurry up” instead of dealing with the major problem forming behind the front desk. Was looking forward to this super convenient location. Not anymore.

Ordered two pizzas and the tracker said it'd ready in 15 minutes. I doubled that and showed up after 30 minutes. They told me it would be another 45 minutes and then argued with me about how I should pay attention to the tracker. Even at 6:50, the tracker still says I can pick it up at 6:24.

This evening I placed an order and arrived to pick it up a little over 15 minutes later. I'd verified via the tracker that it was being prepped prior to my leaving, but when I arrived I was given someone else's pizza. Mine had apparently not been started, despite the tracker saying it was already finished. The manager said there was a mixup because the other person's pizza was similar to mine, which I have trouble believing because again, the tracker said MY order was ready. After returning the pizza that wasn't mine, I wound up waiting at the store for 20 minutes with no explanation of what had happened (I had to ask for that myself). It had been a few months since I'd last ordered from here, and it'll probably be at least several more before I do so again.

The manager came through clutch for me today! I really appreciated it, and I wanted to acknowledge that with this review. He was working by himself on 2/5/23 when the store opened, and he helped me navigate a glitch in the website. He is a really kind guy. Thank you! Totally saved the day!
