Service was terrible, food was an hour late. Called the stored men on shift was ruled. After waiting the hour, they just felt the food on the floor, and also food was very cold, tryed calling back but no answer from Domino's.

Missing topping. I cannot get a hold of the store because their automated system does not give you any option to connect to the store and it's a circle of do you want to order takeout or delivery i wanted to refund, and I have not gotten one. I have proved that the cheese bread has no pepperoni on it. This is the third time this has happened. And all the other two times I didn't even bother to complain. But this third time i'm tired of them getting my order wrong. Every single time or forgetting items I do not have a car so I cannot go up to the store unless I walk forty minutes so for them to not be able to connect me to a store is really annoying. Guy was rude when he did call me back. Yeah never again ordering from here. Messaged higher up for a refund

I ordered buffalo mac n cheese and got an alfredo or something instead. Called the store to see if I could get a refund and after sitting on hold for awhile the employee (who was nice) answered the phone and said heād get a manager to help. Well I was off hold and heard their entire conversation where the assistant manager said I had an Alfredo pasta then got on the phone with me and asked what was wrong with the order. I told her it was supposed to be a buffalo mac n cheese not Alfredo and she told me itās the same thing minus the buffalo sauce (so to my point, not what I ordered). I asked if I could get refunded for the pasta and she said no they could only replace it by delivering me a new one and giving them the other one back. I didnāt get my order until 11PM at night and didnāt get ahold of them until 20 minutes before they closed so I knew they wouldnāt have had the time to make and deliver it to me anyway. The assistant manager was rude during the entire interaction and made it seem like I was the problem and I ended up paying for a pasta I didnāt eat.

Rude manager. Does not know how the talk to customers. Brought up my upbringing when I complained they were running slow. I walked out. He doesn’t realize he is in the hospitality industry, very different from others. Never again at this store.

I had given them a second chance but I have no clue how cheese sauce can be messed up so bad. It was not creamy at all. Just melted cheese with no flavor. Also the bits were all different shapes and sizes. Again I do not get to enjoy my dinner! Also the store is dark and seems closed. This should be addressed!!!!
