I ordered buffalo mac n cheese and got an alfredo or something instead. Called the store to see if I could get a refund and after sitting on hold for awhile the employee (who was nice) answered the phone and said he’d get a manager to help. Well I was off hold and heard their entire conversation where the assistant manager said I had an Alfredo pasta then got on the phone with me and asked what was wrong with the order. I told her it was supposed to be a buffalo mac n cheese not Alfredo and she told me it’s the same thing minus the buffalo sauce (so to my point, not what I ordered). I asked if I could get refunded for the pasta and she said no they could only replace it by delivering me a new one and giving them the other one back. I didn’t get my order until 11PM at night and didn’t get ahold of them until 20 minutes before they closed so I knew they wouldn’t have had the time to make and deliver it to me anyway. The assistant manager was rude during the entire interaction and made it seem like I was the problem and I ended up paying for a pasta I didn’t eat.

Rude manager. Does not know how the talk to customers. Brought up my upbringing when I complained they were running slow. I walked out. He doesn’t realize he is in the hospitality industry, very different from others. Never again at this store.

I had given them a second chance but I have no clue how cheese sauce can be messed up so bad. It was not creamy at all. Just melted cheese with no flavor. Also the bits were all different shapes and sizes. Again I do not get to enjoy my dinner! Also the store is dark and seems closed. This should be addressed!!!!

Ordered 4 pan pizzas from this location last night after thoroughly enjoying the same order from a different location last week. Unfortunately was not the same.This time all 4 pizzas looked great on the top while the bottom didn’t look as golden brown as it did from the other location. All of them tasted like the dough was not fully cooked. As if the conveyor in the oven was running too fast. On top of that the slices cut into all the pizzas were highly irregular. Some slices almost as big as 1/4 of a pizza while other slices looked like bookmarks. C’mon slow down enough to do quality work.Worked in a pizza shop with a similar conveyor belt type oven in college.Do better or do not do better either way this location and the one in Carrboro will no longer get my business.
