Worst service I’ve experienced anywhere ever. Ordered in the kiosk as there were no employees taking orders. When I got my food after a relatively long wait (in fairness it was Monday morning so they were busy), it was missing the hashbrowns. I told this to the person that handed me the bag and she just says you didn’t order hashbrowns and walks away. So I continue to stand there and when she brings more food, she asks me what I’m waiting on. I was also missing a doughnut at that point so I tell her the donut and the hashbrowns. She said I’m not giving you hashbrowns, you didn’t order them. I said I ordered the $5 combo meal. So she goes in print receipt. I absolutely pushed the five dollar combo and added it but for whatever reason she is correct per the receipt, it rang up the wrap and the coffee separately. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated, so I asked her just to refund the whole order and keep it. She replied I would have to do it in the app since I orders on the kiosk. OK how do I do that? Thankfully the young man filling coffee orders calmly said you need to call customer service and they can help you. Cool, no problem. However, Dunkin customer service wanted to give me points and would not refund my money. Sorry but I don’t want points in lieu of my $10. So now I’m trying to reach the local customer service number, which is on the receipt and I just get a voicemail that redirected me to another number which I have called and texted. As of yet no response.

Always been a Starbucks person, Never had Dunkin’s before, after I had this I’m never going back again. Cold foam was straight from a whipped cream can, coffee was very sour. The staff was nice though.

I've been to this Dunkin twice now and it's pretty good. It's inside a gas station, so it's not a full Dunkin coffee shop, but both of the employees who were working during either of my visits were really nice and everything was clean, including the restroom.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too, the food is made extremely lazy. I got two doughnuts and keep in mind it’s 11 in the morning both were hard and tasted like pure flour. The only good thing was the drinks I got but besides that the doughnuts are very very small with 0 frosting on them from the lack of effort trying to make them. I got egg and cheese wake up wraps and all were hard and over cooked. Just the doughnuts were disappointing and disgusting I couldn’t even finish it. They are just so so lazy there and put in no effort. Go to another Dunkin don’t waste your time going here.

They selling water down coffee and then catch an attitude when u tell them it’s nasty or not strong enough. I tried the ice coffee black an it tastes like water to light to be ice coffee with cream an sugar the Spanish lady there is just rude and don’t know how to make drinks an food I will not waste my money on Dunkin again customer service is a thing of the past good riddance!

Instead of cooking the bagel correctly, like many locations they are lazy. They put the entire sandwich together and heat it at once. I also asked for butter and did not get. Simply lazy. This food is too expensive for this.
