The food quality depends on the time of day you visit! Most are fresh in the morning but the evening donuts were hard to bite and stale! I want a replacement or refund! And the worst part of all is that they would not make them fresh and of the selection ! wanted that I requested. Lastly, due to a manager not being present, they were also unable to give me my military veteran discount.

Maybe if you don't carry certain items at this location, you should remove them from your delivery apps menu. Just a thought.

Understaffed - this location is super busy in the morning. Constant turnover creates slow and/or untrained staff - - - this causes output to diminish.
Too many drink selections. The exotic and fancy drink menu - grows by the month. Untrained and/or new staff need to learn all of this noise - this causes output to diminish.
Too many food selections. All the breakfast items grow by the month with new things. Untrained and/or new staff need to learn all of this noise - this causes output to diminish.
If this location could keep a solid staffing dynamic (and pay them well) - - - cut down on all the fancy coffee drinks and breakfast items - - - their output would increase.
I often wait 15 minutes or more for one large cup of coffee and 2 sausage biscuits. Crazy.
I've entered and walked out of this location numerous times, seeing a dozen or more people waiting for their items.
I have enough apps on my phone, and refuse to add another to pre-order . . .

Mostly new staff this morning and they’ve had zero training apparently… won’t come back to this location for a while.
My co-workers and supervisors go to this Dunkin Donuts almost every day since t's around the corner from our job. I was a little taken back at first when no one said we will be right with you or attempted to walk to the check out area to insecure the long line of customers. Finally after waiting 15 min. A gentleman said " Someone will be right with you guys". At least he did acknowledge us. I was next to be rung up but had to leave due to still having to wait. I was on my break from work. I was a little disappointed b/c I didn't get a chance to get anything to eat & wasted most of my break in line.

Delivery window constantly closed. Cashiers nottaking orders blaming it on lack of staff and “too many customers“. I can’t even walk in and get a box of donuts. Isn’t this a donut shop?
Hire more people! 😣
New and clean Dunkin but the drive through was not open

Sales Associates have no marketing skills whatsoever. They don't hear what their customers need or want believing what they think.
Susan - She decided to supply me with food, snacks and drinks everyday as a Sales Associate without a personal relationship while having consistency. But Still, she's their best employee The Company lost.
Dunkin Donuts - I wrote some poems out of their for higher privacy in this coffee shop where customers supplied food to me as well.
Sales Associates need to do their research by asking their customers before making a decision off no useful data and building relationships with their customers of whom they can.

This and last time I was at this location, the drink came like a bag of chips... filled with air. Also, the wait last time was very long, and when I went up, they realized they forgot the empty labeled cup on one of the machines.

We placed a $100 food order online as a gift for a local service provider. Got the confirmation email, and I went to pick up the order over 45 minutes later. The lobby as usual was in complete disarray and chaos at Dunkin' - no clear lines, no directions, no instructions, no welcoming of customers...Instead, about 15-20 people all looking around randomly and waiting. When I went to the Pick Up area the guy is totally confused and looks at the take-out drink shelf - I said "This was a $100 food order, I don't think it's going to be here with the smaller single drink orders". He tells me to wait, goes in the back, then says "His manager will be coming out". 15 minutes goes by. NO ONE comes out...I wait in the cashier line all over again, find him standing behind the register and say "What is going on, are they still working on this order or what?" Rolls his eyes, says "one minute", then manager comes out. She literally asks me to show her the order confirmation from my phone, which I do, and says "Oh, that order is over here, follow me." It's all bagged up and ready to go literally right next to the guy from earlier - I should have been given that when I arrived and have been in and out in 30 seconds! I ask manager "Has this just been sitting there all of this time? I've been waiting in the lobby with along everyone else for over 25 minutes." "Oh, I'm sorry". Look folks, many of these front line people are doing the best that they can, working hard with the training and pay that they receive - but this is POOR. STEP IT UP. THIS is why people are angry so often today - service standards, basic communication, courtesy, discipline, giving more than you get...Has gone out the window in favor of "cheapness". Do better, seek training, do more than the minimum...If only for your own pride.
Super slow service on weekend, and the hush-brown is really bad, not crispy seem very old fried. Even Macdonald fries is way better than this….don’t buy anything except coffee here

I enjoyed the employees complaining about corporate and debating whether to “old yeller” each other. However it was a long wait in favor of mobile orders and I did not enjoy my black burnt bacon and cold cheese. Maybe the woman wailing 90’s songs was distracting 🤷🏻♀️

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts,
I come to you today, on this otherwise fine Friday afternoon, with a heavy heart and an empty stomach. Earlier this week, I ventured to one of your fine establishments with a grand mission: to procure a box of 12 specialty donuts for my friend’s birthday, each one a unique, mouth-watering masterpiece. Or so I thought.
When the big moment finally arrived and our eager crowd gathered around, we discovered a baffling new twist: apparently, 9 donuts is now considered a dozen! Several donuts were mysteriously duplicated, while others were, quite frankly, surprise guest stars we hadn’t ordered. And to top it off (literally), one donut was just tossed in upside-down—its sprinkles, or lack thereof, mashed into the box like some sort of pastry casualty.
The disappointment was thick, like a sad glaze over the whole room. I may have shed a tear for the birthday donuts that could have been.
With love and deep mourning for my dozen dreams,
Emma

Just wanted to shout out the team working 10/31 morning! I think their espresso machine was down but somehow they were still managing to keep up with a bunch of orders and get customers a different drink if they’d ordered something espresso-based. I’m impressed by the quality of the food during a rush!
