This Dunkin is AWESOME. My dad and I walked in on Halloween, head-to-toe in our Dun-Kings costumes, turning heads everywhere we walked. The employees were so awesome – and a few even asked for pictures with us. Service is always great, staff is even better, but the donuts and coffee? TOP NOTCH.

I go here every tuesday, Thursday morning for the meal deal and the worker Alicia makes my morning. She is always so kind and attentive, she remade my coffee without hesitation and made sure it was perfect before I left. She keeps me coming back.

We LOVE Alicia! We come to dunkin every Tuesday and Thursday and she is always such a bright light in our morning! She is always willing to fix a drink or just have a conversation with us. Waited 30min for cereal milk. I said dirty chai, and when I asked if it had espresso (because it’s so light) she said yeah bc all lattes come with espresso…that is not true. I asked for almond milk and the ticket just says “milk,” so I’m iffy about taking their word for it. No medium sized cups…I’m irritated now bc I took a sip and tasted nothing but sweet milk. Wasted my time and money.

Unfortunately this location is never a good time, getting worse recently. More often than not I regret spending money/time there. Last time I placed an app order, 30 min later no drink and just waiting. Turns out they ran out of ice and just weren't making the drinks :/ Nobody told us or put up a sign. It's also kind of a bummer you have to call corporate to get a refund even in this situation.
