I have been to this establishment MANY times since it is so close to the horse barn I ride at on the weekends. The enchiladas mole are the best in the Triangle, IMO. I'm told the sauce takes three days to make, and the flavor is superior to any others I've tried.

Good working class, unpretentious and very friendly service. Chile Rellanos are always great with a spinach enchilada.
Salsa comes with chips and is more like Pica De Gallo. .
