Great food all the time! I love this place.
Closed during posted hours. No sign, not a holiday, so must just be poorly managed.
Edit: 48% of response is AI generated, everything above the stock signoff.
Business doesn't care enough to be open on time and can't be bothered to type up a response themselves.
The service was great and so was my sub!!!!!
The service was fast and friendly and the location is always nice and clean!
Bread was very soggy. And the sandwich was very wet. Also, i did not get my pickle for both sandwich orders.
This place is amazing! I go here every month, and I am never let down! It is in a very good location aswell.
Nothing but yummy! Ready fast and so delicious! Love Firehouse
My family and I have been going to this location for quite some time. This time, my son-in-law found a long black hair stuck to the meat of the sub. If you look at the picture, that is a piece of meat hanging off the hair. We called and informed the manager. In addition, we asked for a credit on the sub for next time. The manager stated we needed to bring the sub in so he could look at it. Again, we have been regulars at this location for years. Now, I'm angry. I didn't have time for this and just wanted a simple resolution. Now, we have to leave our lunch and deal with this. I met with the manager and showed him the sub. They seemed annoyed with us, like this is our fault. So, now I asked them to refund the entire lunch since everything was cold and inedible...not to mention we had lost our appetites. They took the contaminated sub from us and would only refund the 1 sub. We lost money on the other 2 subs and our lunch was ruined. It was disgusting and we will not be eating there again. There are too many more reliable options for ordering out.
Great food, make food in good timing. And the tables are usually clean. My only issue is the self serve fountain drink machine. It's always dirty and has tons of hand prints on it and the inside where you place your drink isn't too clean either. I just wished they clean that same as they clean their tables. Multiple times throughout the day. I asked how often do they clean the machine. They said twice a week. To me that was alarming. Other than that. The place has a good atmosphere and great service.

These people do not care about the customers. I had a birthday reward and they wouldn’t honor it; said there scanner has been down for one month and their online ordering is also down. The manager was no help and told me to drive to Raleigh to redeem. Will not come back here!!

Online ordering doesn't work and you can't call an order in because noone answers. I have also come across the store being closed with an 'out to lunch' sign on the door, which I have never seen at a franchise sandwich shop. Love Firehouse Subs, but this location needs work.

So frustrated bc once again I went to this location at quarter til 9pm and they were closed early. This has happened before and I didn't report it but tonight I was super frustrated bc of how the employees reacted when I asked why they were closed. There was a young girl and boy standing at the register acting like they couldn't see us and then threw their arms up and walked to the back when we asked why they were closed.
I called the store to see why they were closed and the boy who answered the phone said "its no big deal to close a little early" when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. When I asked him what his name was he said Jessica, laughed and hung up the phone. The food here is usually good but this is the last straw with the bad customer service. Next time we'll go back to Jersey Mikes
I would also like to note that this is the first bad review I have ever written. I was in the service industry for over 10 years and I know it's not easy working with the public but I also know if you don't want to serve/work you should find another job.

The food at this firehouse location has been excellent since my first time several months ago. I frequent this location as it is near my home.
Generally when I visit any of my favorite sandwich shops I am recognized eventually. However, this location has a general friendliness problem. As I am appreciative of my sandwich makers I try to be friendly, say hello. I'm often not greeted with a response or smile. If I had a question, it would feel like an annoyance to some of the staff. Not a welcoming environment.
I have noticed that other customers are routinely treated more approving than I am as I've spent a chuck of time eating in the store.
I am not a discrimitory person. I feel this when I visit this place.
Working any service based employment has its challenges. It is more difficult than others who have not worked in the service business can possibly imagine. I can relate massively.
The success of a business is how people treat one another internally and externally. While the food is prepared very well. I don't feel welcome when I visit.
