I had such a great experience at the Flying Biscuit Café thanks to my waitress, Sophia. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. My drink stayed full, the food came out exactly how I wanted it, and she checked in just the right amount without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell she really cares about her customers and loves what she does.

If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Sophia — she’ll make your whole visit better!

Everything was great it gets a 10 out of 10 for me and Jasmine that was working the counter was absolutely amazing great service thank you food was delicious and my coffee was yummy.
