Ordered through the mobile app. Charge went through and I was even emailed a receipt and had a notification on the app. When I got to the store they insisted I never made the order or that it didn't come through on their end whilst being very dismissive. Called the number on the receipt that is listed as who you should call if you have problems with your order and the woman was very rude and unhelpful. Definitely not ordering from here again

Do not go to this restaurant if you want to avoid food poisoning. Because that’s exactly what happened , I got food poisoning from eating chicken tenders. If you do not want to sit on the toilet all night, do not go to this place. If you want to know what the Moctezumas revenge is go to this place and you’ll find out.

The cashier was really nice and friendly we order some chicken sandwich and a bacon cheese burger 3 chiken tenders those were cold but I asked them to change them for some fresh the kitchen manager was really nice and change them and even brought them to our table. The store manager, maria, was really rude, caught the cashiers attention and let her know that we couldn't get 3 sauces when we ordered 3 meals.

The chicken tenders are very tender and juicy!! It kinda spoiled the experience when a worker shoved my husband out of the way to refill the tea. Could at least have said excuse me!!!

I’m disappointed in Hardee’s I purchased 2 ranch wraps small fries and Sprit soda. Soda didn’t taste like soda, ranch wrap was good the fries was cold . So I asked for a refund that’s what was granted with no apology. Also, I haven’t ate from Hardee’s in years and wanted to try them again. I will never come back bad business.

Sat in line for 10 minutes to order, then once we ordered and paid we waited over 10 minutes for our order. Guy at the window said he had a new cook. After all that the fries were hot & fresh but the burger was warm at best and dry. Very disappointing!

I just got a chicken blt, and the chicken looks like it’s been in the year for a whole day. Is hard and kind of burnt… they are out of sprite but there is not sign so I got a large drink and fill it out with “sprite”. Just sparkling water… no flavor.

Drive thru girl had the stankest attitude. Like straight doo doo. Asked for ketchup she handed me one pack. Asked for more she handed me two packs. She acted like SHE bought the ketchup. Food was decent, but was missing items in order. And stuff like the apple turnovers not having any of the sugar cinnamon. Without that they just plain old apples n bread. Get it together Hardee’s this location sucks and has for a long time.
