This restaurant just nails it. My 10-year-old and I went there prior to a theater show. The decor immerses you in a very cool Asian Street Food experience. You could look around all day and still not see every cool little detail. The menu is just right - not overwhelming. Our server, Bridgette, was nothing short of amazing, going out of her way to check in as we ordered small plates. When we realized we had enjoyed ourselves so much that we were about to be late to our show, she got us out ASAP. The food was impeccable. We ordered wok-seared dumplings, beef bulgogi, pork belly bao buns, lamb skewers, basil friend rice and fried donuts to go, all well-made and presented. We were there at an off time (4:30ish-5:30), so I can only speak to this less-busy time. However, I have been to plenty of places where you would not get that kind of service at an off hour (or any hour). I don’t think I have ever reviewed a restaurant. If one ever deserved it, it’s Hawkers. Such a lovely surprise. Thank you, Brigette and team for such a memorable experience for my kid and me!

Derek our server was A1 for the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! From recommendations to our drinks that he hand made drinks. I want to give a special thanks to NATE the Sous Chef the food was immaculate from presentation to taste! Highly recommend this Hawkers location I love them!

Service is extremely bad. Waited so long for food and waiter to come to us. The attitude of the waiter was terrible. Will never come back and don’t recommend this restaurant. Help yourself to save some time and at least have a good mood to enjoy your food.

Good food. Everything else is lacking. Every waiter seems to be bothered by just the presence of you, let alone ordering food with any specific instructions. Takeout? You better check all your food before leaving. They've never gotten any of our dozen takeout orders correct. We go back because the food is truly very good. Its their front of house that makes this place almost a must avoid. If the food ever dips in quality, we will take our business next door to bartaco.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch on a Thursday, and even though the restaurant seemed short-staffed, Nicole was absolutely amazing. She handled a full house of 25+ guests all on her own and still gave us outstanding service with a smile. The food was excellent, and Nicole went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Huge thanks to Nicole for making our visit such a great experience!

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon to this poor server handing at least 30 people and a MASSIVE catering order by herself. She was pleasant and polite as well as efficient. Never felt like she was neglecting us and saw her running around from the time we walked in to the time we left. Handled the entire restaurant like a boss. Nicole needs a raise!!

Food is decent. We ordered singapore mei fun, chicken bao, chicken satay, dumplings, popolos. I really like singapore mei fin. My strong suggestion to try this those who go there. Place is good. It has indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is good and explain the dishes for those who are for the first time. Very affordable prices. Service is quick. Overall its a good place to hangout with friends.
