Steak was off. They left out the onions. This is the second time the steak was off. My sons plate was good! He had chicken.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I live about 30 min away, so I called in my order. I get there, I see they charged me extra to substitute one of my vegetables for another vegetable (was not conveyed to me over the phone); I'm asking about the charge and I see one of the cooks open up a to go order and taste a piece of meat with his hands.The cashier then comes up and tells me they made my order wrong and will have to remake it. I asked to take the extra veggie charge off (for customer service sake) she tells me can't. The cashier tells me that the reason they messed up was due to cook changes. Not my problem.After waiting 10 min in the restaurant already, I told them to just forget about it. As I'm walking out the cashier yells"YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT STILL" I turned around and told her I didn't have to do anything and left. I will never go back and I don't recommend to anyone. I will be contacting the health department, I don't know what they have going on there but it's not sanitary.

payed 19.00 for hibachi steack just to get 8 pieces of steak and i call to see if this is normal and she says yes it's normal to have about 8 bites we portion it out. I'm sorry but this is not 19 dollars worth of food. Also no "I'm sorry about that" and no customer service.

It is good comfort food and the service is fast. I ordered to-go for the chicken hibachi and honestly just found it a little bland. The side sauce that came with it was really good and I felt myself relying on the sauce for flavor.

This was our first time visiting with our son who is a student at UNC. It was great! Very reasonably priced. We all had the lunch special and drinks plus tip and it was only $28. The quantity was so much, we all had leftovers for another meal! The workers were super friendly and helpful!
