The service and atmosphere is poor. The young lady that works the register does not greet customers and just stands and looks at you throughout the whole order/check out process. In my Hibachi Shrimp often the vegetables are barely sauteed. Also I've paid for extra Shrimp on 2 occasions but when I get home...barely any shrimp in my Hibachi.

The food was amazing and fresh, but the service was okay but not welcoming or helpful. They didn't help when trying to order, we were the only ones there and just placed our food on the counter not saying a word to us (we were not sitted where the counter was in eyesight) that it was ready. When arriving we didn't know if we were supposed to sit on our own or wait to be seated and once we just sat we didn't know we were supposed to go up there to order at the counter....

This was the best poke bowl I have had in a long time. Great service. My only recommendation is not to get the cooked shrimp as a protein. It only comes with 3, maybe 4, pieces, so you are better off getting another.
