They did not put the red wine vinegar on my sandwich and put far too much lettuce and meat! I did not enjoy it and do not plan on ever going back! Sadly I had to throw it away because it was too bland and no flavor at all! The manager didn’t even offer to remake it!

An elderly woman with a cane just walked in and one of the employees met her at a table before she got to the line so she didn’t have to stand in line to order. That is just another level of not only superior customer service but wonderful humanity. I wish I knew his name to directly acknowledge him. I do hope he sees this and knows that his wonderful character is noticed.

Chris who fixed my sub was on point & very professional. He read the order back to me which was correct & got everything right which is more than the ones in Burlington can do who apparently can’t read.Stella was super sweet & very friendly. Great customer service!! This is the way that a store is suppose to run!! Thank you both for taking pride in your jobs and for providing excellent customer service!!!
Was in there during a huge lunch rush. Line out of the door with multiple online orders. The staff was great and the manager was phenomenal. Positive, uplifting, fast, and effective. A true 5 stars.

Young guy working up front around 1030 by himself was doing a phenomenal job he needs a pay raise the manager that came from the back after things were calming down telling the young man to tell customer "next time this happens tell customers no hot subs" he could've handled the situation better and not in front of customers
