When they don't have drivers, they still process the payment, then call to ask if you want pickup instead, and when you cancel the order it takes 24-48 hours to get your money back, and they won't allow door dash to pick it up for you.

I give Jimmy John's 2 stars because there food doesn't really pack any flavor you only get 2 options for the bread which is a slice of wheat bread or a plain sub bread also you only get provolone cheese no other cheese and I told the person who was making my food 3 times what I wanted still didn't get what I asked for she forgot 3 things on my sub and she put the wrong type of mustard not gone lie probably won't go back

Love Jimmy John's but the one in Chapel Hill is nasty and dirty the quality of the food is not good and the management is a joke, I wonder why the owner doesn't pay attention!! What happened here?

Ryan, the man who delivered my order was beyond amazing. I was missing my drink and cookie from my order and honestly I didn’t mind. I received a call from him explaining what happened and he insisted that he’d double back and get my missing items. I told him it wasn’t necessary but he delivered them before they closed and went on his way.QUALITY SERVICE FROM RYAN! Thank you!

This is now the 3rd time that I have ordered from this Jimmy John’s and waited OVER AN HOUR for food to be delivered. When calling to check on the order, the staff say “well, we only have 1 driver and he took 10 orders just now - it’s going to be another 20 minutes at least.” Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered online for pickup @ Franklin St shop. Food was ready and waiting when I got there on the easy pickup shelf. Staff were friendly. Order was spot-on and of course delicious. Will definitely go here again - quick & easy!

Tonight was the second time in about a month that I have waited for over an hour for my delivery. What topped it off tonight was the delivery driver was extremely rude when I was not right there when she arrived. I understand they are busy but at least have a warning on your website when deliveries are that backed up. Or at least offer your customers some discount.

What a sad little sandwich. The cubano with EZ cheese apparently comes with three slices of ham, three pieces of bacon and five slices of pickles. No wonder they’re so fast, they don’t have much work to do.
