Employees are doing multi tasking and doing the best they can under their circumstances. Prices. Continue to increase almost becoming unaffordable. Enjoy dining here but fear COVUD 19 is taking its toll which saddens me. Appreciate their dining area being partially open as it is too hot for seniors especially to dine in their vehicles. I wish them the best in surviving unfortunate and difficult circumstances.

I have always loved K&W, but since I moved to Durham, this location is now the closest to me. The last four times (and the only times I’ve ordered at this location), I’ve ordered online and they’ve never gotten my order right on the first try. Even when I do catch it before I leave the parking lot, I shouldn’t have to go back in every time. If I want K&W now, I’ll have to go inside and through the line where I can watch them put everything in the box. A little disappointing as I’ve never had this kind of issue at any other location.

I had late lunch with my parents and my boyfriend here and it was great! We all enjoyed it! I got fried chicken, my boyfriend got the tenders, dad got the stuffed pepper, and mom got the roast beef. The sides are really good too. I wasn't sure what to expect since my boyfriend was disappointed when he went but that was years ago. I was pleased with the food and the service and staff were great too.

It's a good place for a hearty meal. Also you can find nutrition info relatively easy. On the downside they have trouble keeping rice fresh; I've had rice twice and always had a few dried out hard-as-rock grains.
My grandgirls (7 and 12) love k&w because they get to see the food first. It's their favorite place and their choice every time we eat out...which is often. I like the prices.

The food has been cold the last couple of times we've dined in. The rolls were burned and they were still trying to sell them. This location has really changed and not for the better.
