I just came in for Pho at 9pm ordered inside. My soup was barely even room temperature the veggies/meat/noodles all refrigerated. I don’t live nearby so I had to throw this all away or eat cold soup. Not happy. Wasted my money.

Tasty Vietnam cuisine, especially the fried rice, very fair price with the food quality. front desk is extremely nice and courteous.

Had a Tofu Bahn mi, which was very tasty and satisfying. The pickled vegetables added a delicious and complex flavor, the bread was crispy, and the free hoisin sauce went perfectly with the meal. Would like to visit again

This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area! The Saigon Street Noodle special is one of my favorite meals to eat. The service and the owner are incredibly nice and friendly and the food always comes out great, hot, and on time. Couldn’t recommend more!

Unexpected long waiting time - called several times without staff picking up, so turned to order and pay online. Notice said 15-20 min before ready. Arrived in 20 min. Order was way behind. Store was very busy and appeared short-staffed. Waited in the store for another 27 min and finally got order. Witnessed staff accidentally dropped bean sprouts side bag of Pho on floor, but still straightly picked it up and put into my takeout bag without thinking about it twice. Feeling unhappy, I eventually requested staff to get a new one. Staff agreed and expressed apologies. In handing over the order, staff kindly offered a complimentary drink compensating for my patience for long waiting. When taking a close look, it was a completely thawed frozen coconut juice drink (didn't know when it was thawed, and the receiving temp was not low enough to be out of the danger zone), which had expired 4 months and 6 days ago! I used to be a loyal customer of lime and basil and had been happy with their food. Food tastes authentic. But this time I am very disappointed with this experience, especially because all these significantly raised my concern for their safe food storage and handling practice as a foodservice operation!

When I was living in Chapel Hill, I quickly became a regular here. The employees were incredibly kind and a joy to see each time I would pick up food. Their Banh Mi and Pho is some of the best around.

Last year before the pandemic I went in person and it was really good. Ordered take out today and picked up pretty much on the dot when the website said it was going to be ready.Pho and spring rolls were lukewarm by the time I got them. Maybe I would go again when they reopen indoor dining but take out was a pretty bad experience and I would not recommend.

Everything is good, especially the pho broth and the bahn mi prices. We get takeout so often at this point they probably recognize the car.

Probably my favorite pho spot. A lot of great tasting food for a very good price.

Lime & Basil is my go-to pho spot. And we usually eat pho once a week. They have a great selection of meats for me, who loves beef, as well as faux chicken and beef options for my vegetarian honey. We have yet to find a pho place with so much to offer.

Honestly 5 stars doesn't do this place enough justice... whenever I travel for work or go on vacation I always like to look for good Vietnamese places to eat. This place wasn't too far from my hotel in Durham so I decided to try them out. Due to Covid they aren't letting people dine in but they packaged my to go order to perfection. Everything was freshly made they even gave me a disposable Pho spoon which I've never seen. This will be my new spot whenever I visit North Carolina. My only complaint is the lack of parking but I guess that's to be expected where they are located.
