Magone Italian Grill & Pizza

It is a restaurant in a small space but with big restaurant feel. We were seated immediately and the server was really good. She checked on us often and made sure the drinks were topped off. The bread and dipping sauce is unlike any other I have had. Chef's kiss! The Moscato wine is really good too! Pricing was reasonable for the food and service. I would definitely recommend!

Parking: Magone is in a strip mall so I imagine during the lunch hour, it may be difficult to find parking. Since we were there for dinner we easily found parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables towards the back where chairs could be pulled to allow for wheelchair access to seating.

Truly a great Italian feast. The bread is made in house , along with the maranara!! My veal parmigian was simply delicious!! A good place in Chapel Hill. A definite do again!!

Magone Italian Grill & Pizza was a delightful first-time experience! I recently visited with a few friends, and we were all impressed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner.
I opted for the Philly steak and cheese, and it was fantastic. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. It was a generous portion, and I left feeling very satisfied. My friends also enjoyed their meals, which ranged from pasta dishes to pizza, and everyone seemed pleased with their choices.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Her positive attitude really enhanced our dining experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Magone Italian Grill & Pizza. It's a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family, offering delicious food and excellent service. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

My family has been coming her for a few years. Great place, one of the best family style Italian places in the South. Their Pizza is solid, But I think they shine when it comes to Pasta. Service is excellent. Nothing but good things to say about this place

When we first entered the store, there were no greetings. They asked rudely how many people are in our party and gave us attitude. Once we were seated, it took them a while to ask for our drinks. As our waitress took our drink and food orders, she gave us nothing but attitude. She also never checked on us while we were eating. They started closing and basically hinting at us to get out. Very unpleasant experience and never going back again.

Small, simple, intimate, consistent, real Italian style food. It's a standard to go to and spend 30% less than the fancier Italian restaurants. Come get herself some here and see if I'm not foolin' ...Deliziosa!

Great little neighborhood Italian food place. I stopped in while visiting my brother and SIL who live just down the road. Parking is easy and convenient.

We have been told to come here for months and we were finally able to have a date night. It was hundred percent worth it. The bruschetta, the baked ziti with the meat sauce and the limoncello cake were amazing. You can’t beat the prices and the service. Anna made our night so much better with here spunky personality, which we love. I would recommend and we will be back!

This place is illegally charging customers for DEBIT card transactions. I specifically asked and the waitress stated “yes, we charge the 4% fee for all card transactions”. This is actually against the law. It’s against the Dodd-Frank Reform Act. Also, the “chips” they serve with their sandwiches are bagged Lay’s brand. Pass.
