Must have a deal with towing company. Will tow you within minutes. It looks like a shared parking lot with restaurant next door and signs do not indicate otherwise, but beware. This McDonalds takes unnecessary and extreme measures to guard their very empty parking lot. Do not give this place your business.

This location of McDonald's in chapel Hill on Franklin Street is in the process of major cleaning and renovation. The fumes were so strong that it was difficult to stay in the dining area in order to eat our biscuit. This place needs to be closed down until the renovation or cleaning is done. The fumes are unhealthy.
Do NOT go here. They’ve hired a predatory towing company !!! They will take advantage of you! Poor signs make it worse. $265 and an Uber ride to sketchy woods in Pittsboro to get your car. $150 charge to use your credit card. The criminals want their cash. You may as well be robbed on Franklin st
