Used McDonald’s APP to make a drive-thru order. Waited at the speaker quite long, said hello first and finally the server spoke. I then gave her the 4-digit drive-thru code, saying that I placed an order on my phone and the drive-thru code is XXXX, and then she said “I cannot understand a single word you said”. Is this the kind of language a server would use to a customer? I do have some accent, but for such a simple 4-digit code, I never had such experience in hundreds of drive-thru order I’ve made at other McDonald’s locations. Makes me wonder if this is racism, that the server saw an Asian guy parked at the speaker and she didn’t want to take this order, so she remained silent for a long time and then attacked my accent.

Corporate has finally found the bottom of food quality. Yes it looks like food. But no one could consider this overpriced industrial waste edible.
Per corporate mandate, the facility was clean and service was competent.

Used the drive through around 6:50pm. Used the online app. If you order Big Macs, Large Fries and Large Drinks you get a Monopoly Go game piece. When I got home, none of the items had a game piece. The contest ends 11/23/25. Plus, I couldn’t even use the Bonus Play because there were no game pieces to enter! Bonus play ends 11/2.
I will go back tomorrow to get them.
*Edit: went back today. Used the free apple pie bonus at the drive thru. Explained to the girl, “came last night, didn’t get any game pieces from the drive thru”. She said the contest had ended. I said, no, it ends 11/23. Another lady looked in the supplies, came back and claimed there were no containers with game pieces.
I could clearly see the coffee cups had Mr Monopoly on them so I asked for those.
I got the dang game pieces.
