Consistently excellent food, reasonably priced. There's a reason it's Chapel Hill's most popular restaurant, presided over by an owner who is unexcelled for hospitality, generosity, and kindness.
I've been a fan of the Med Deli for many years now, but I hadn’t been able to eat there since they reopened. The new décor is just fabulous, and the food is as great as ever. Their foul mudammas is my favorite. Yamil, the owner, is so nice and friendly, and he truly cares about his employees. This place is definitely a staple in Chapel Hill. So glad it’s back!!!
So glad they’re back in the main restaurant! This place is great dine in or take out. I love the olive bar. The gyro is a great lunch time option if you’re looking for something not too complicated.
