I've been going to various Panera locations for 20 years and I always get the same thing. A tuna sandwich, a broccoli cheddar soup and a baguette.
I've tried this Panera twice (just moved here) and both times the sandwich and baguette were stale and inedible. The soup was cold and has a weird consistency that no other Panera has.
I'm so bummed because I have a hard time with eating and this meal is one I can always count on. But not anymore.

The facility and staff are fine.

This place and Barnes Towing and Wrecker service prey upon the innocent who have a baby in NICU and come for a quick meal and other essentials get their vehicle towed for stepping off the property to conveniently grab other things so they can quickly get back to there baby in the hospital nest by.

If you’re not local you’ll be caught up in this kind of a nightmare when you return and your vehicle is gone. Towed and fines that are extreme while you’re already under stress from a suck newborn.

I feel like the quality of the food has greatly gone down, while the price has gone up, much like everything else unfortunately

After leaving the UNC ICU late in the evening, I called this Panera just 5 minutes before closing to see if I could place an order and pick it up after hours. I spoke with Elena (apologies if I’m not spelling her name correctly), and her kindness and professionalism blew me away.
When I arrived at the location, not only was my food prepared and ready, but she also went above and beyond by taking care of the meal for me. Talk about going the extra mile for your customers!
After such a long and stressful day, her gesture brought a much-needed moment of light to the end of it. It truly shows how much this location values its customers and the community.
Thank you, Elena, and the team at this Panera. Your kindness won’t be forgotten!

Me and my friend parked here to pickup some lunch before going home. We walked in to order food, and immediately noticed how dirty the tables and floors were. The staff seemed annoyed that they had to take our order. My friend has celiac disease and is on a gluten free diet, but she was unable to find a gluten free option since the staff member taking our order kept stating they were out of stuff. So she walked across the street to Chipotle while I waited to pickup my order from Panera Bread. While I waited for my food (which took forever!), I went to use the bathroom but decided not to because it was so disgusting. Also, while I was waiting, I was approached for money by a homeless guy. I offered to buy him a meal, but he got angry and said he wasn’t hungry. When I finally gathered my food to meet my friend outside at my car, it was being towed! This is the WORST experience I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant!!!! This Panera Bread is horrible! We will never return to this Panera Bread ever again!

Parking: YOU WILL GET TOWED even if you are a customer!!!!

I felt highly unsafe walking inside and ordering my lunch due to the overgrown landscape, the cracked and pothole-scattered parking lot, and the sketchy group of men loitering near the building that stared and whistled at me while I walked in. The staff members were rude and got my order wrong. When they finally got my order right, my food tasted cold and stale. The dining area inside was filthy and crowded with homeless people panhandling the customers. Needless to say, I will not be returning back to this Panera Bread.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not safe. Concrete is cracked in multiple places

Standard Panera Bread location, lots of students :) Very conveniently located not far from the college. Food is always fresh and delicious! Especially like their beef hot sandwich, bread is to die for! Quick service despite lots of orders. If you don’t like meat, tuna salad cold sandwich is a good choice. Salads are also great, especially I like the ability to customize ingredients.
