Thank you so much to Zach for answering the phone when I called 5 times because Ashley hung up the phone with me. He was very professional and explained how my order must have been picked up from a random doordash or uber driver or a unhoused person. I called several times where I spoke to Ashley and she continued saying the restaurant was closed when I was trying to confirm why on the uber app said that the order was being prepared even though the restaurant had closed almost 1 hour before I had placed my order. I am outraged since I was expecting my food and called my uber driver and Jermaine did amazing (uber driver) he explained that he would pick up my food first since it was placed way before the others but due to the uber driver shortage he was booked with multiple orders at the same time. Zach deserves employee of the month or equivalent for choosing to answer the phone after hours even though my uber order was placed way before papa john’s had closed. He was very understanding as to why I was upset since I had ordered solely 1 pizza and had waited almost 1 hour for it to be even picked up. Ashley was professional at first stating that the restaurant was closed and immediately hung up on me. She did not listen to my problem, I understand that it was either uber’s problem for not flagging that my order hadn’t been picked up in over 40 minutes which is why I kept calling, to be hung up by Ashley. Thank you so much to Zach who took the time to listen to my concerns!! While Zach was assisting me, I could hear Ashley yelling at him for answering my questions which was extremely unprofessional. I had a right to know why my order on uber kept saying that it would be delivered at 2:05 then changed to 2:45. Keep in mind my delivery address was about 10-15 minutes away from the location of this establishment. I hope that the CEOs reach out to me to settle this horrific situation.

This is my favorite place to get my pizza for carry out. Everyone is always pleasant, and I’m greeted when I come in. My food is always cooked and prepped well. Very happy with how things have been running!

I placed my order online, went to go pick it up, the employees where outside smoking weed sitting down on the bench right in front of the door, proceeded to go inside and I asked the guy for extra peppers he goes and grabs them with his bare hands and tries to hand them to me just like that 🤮, I lost my appetite after that ended up throwing away my pizza because if he grabbed the peppers with his nasty bare hands I started to think, never again .

It’s currently 3am and there’s like a mile long que of orders I’m here as a door dash driver with 5 other customers waiting and she’s moving at lightening speed to get our orders out while offering Amazing customer service- reassuring and empathetic! Thank you Ashley, you deserve a raise

The most horrible experience of my life, I was verbally assaulted by the delivery drivers. And to add to an even crazier experience I was not even getting a pizza. I have never been so disrespected, or concerned for my safety. Do better.

On slow Friday night I order and pay by phone at 6.07 pm. I arrived to store at 6.35 and waited over 20 mins. before getting the pizza even when the pizza was ready.
