I have waited over an hour for my order. Papa Tracker said it was delivered 45 minutes ago. I called the manager when the tracker said it was delivered to tell them it was not, they told me the app doesn't work and to call back in 30 minutes if I still haven't received the order. I called to tell her I still have no pizza and I've been on hold for 20 minutes now. Don't order from here.

Thank you for your kind greeting and service. I did carry out and realized I didn’t tip and didn’t have cash but I wanted to say thank you for being friendly. We love the stuffed crust and everything was fast on a Friday night!

These monkeys can't even be bothered to knock on the door anymore? They literally just dropped my order on the sidewalk, and kept moving.I'm sure it all stems from the remote ordering which keeps everyone anonymous.At least my order was correct, although it clearly wasn't made with love.Papa Johns is making big money on these pizzas I ordered, yet they can't afford to hire people who want to do a good job. It honestly seems like they don't need my money, and that I would be better off going to a local pizza place here in Carrboro, of which there are many!

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and they sent me the wrong order. They refunded me but made an additional charge on my card. The local manager was no help. Their customer service was also not helpful in addressing this additional charge. I had to close my credit card. Just not a good business in general.I would recommend Brenz pizza in Chapel Hill.

Do not work or eat here! The workers have terrible attitudes and communication skills. Ashley is a smart ass and tries to be arrogant but you have to bring her down a bit because she thinks she is tough shit! Nia is very unprofessional who does the hiring. Most of the time it's all managers there who try to treat you bad and want all the hours however do not train you properly on what you should be doing but will complain half the time when your there! Long story short they don't need help they have managers always on shift for that convenience. There is absolutely no work upon hire just lots of laziness and dictation going on between Ashley or Nia and it's very negative and catty! Don't waste your time pay is $10.00 an hour and it's not even worth your precious time. McDonald's treats there employees better than this! With higher pay! Terrible managers and management!

Pizza was cold and not fresh! Olives tasted expired and disgusting! And when I called the store, the manager questioned if I actually ordered from that store as if I don’t know where I ordered from. I will never order again. I see why I stopped ordering this years ago!

I am very disappointed in this location. I was so excited for it to open nearby. I went in at 1030 PM and Google said it was still open. The man at the front said they don't take in walk in orders after 10. I left and ordered it via Uber Eats. My driver called and said that when he went to pick up the pizza the same man (based on the physical description) said they canceled the order because they didn't want to make it and told him to call Uber Eats support. They basically decided to just not work anymore. I'll continue ordering from Pizza Hut and never order from this location, which is sad for the community.

I haven't ordered here in a while, and usually no problems. But this time, I feel rather skimped on topping. And the Drive Up, Pick Up option was a joke. I waited for several minutes and finally walked in to get it. Seemed to be only 2 people working, and one training the other. I know everywhere is struggling a bit and doing what they can, but if customers are willing to wait a little extra time, give them a GOOD QUALITY pizza.

Ordered a pizza at 10. Was told it was on the way at 10:17. Delivery driver got lost and then our pizza “changed drivers” and she kept our pizza. We waited an hour for no reason
