I placed an order on the phone with the person over the store. she was very polite, positive, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the customer service. I know that they were short handed but an area of improvement that I can offer is the making of the pizza. Other than that, everything was good.

I had 2 bad experiences here. One day, I ordered food online through their website and the order was accepted. I even got a confirmation email. When I went to pick up the food, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and nobody was inside. This was a normal weekday during business hours. Another time I ordered 6 wings, and I only got 5. I called them and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes before the call disconnected. Nice people, but I will never shop here again.

Stopped by to grab a pizza on New Years Eve 2024. Did not realize what day it was until I saw the packed store with only *one* employee working.
Y'all need to give that kid a hell of a raise. He kept his composure, had a good attitude, clearly had an experienced workflow figured out, and managed to get everyone out without a horrendous wait.
I understand corporate culture and their aggressive allergy to paying people what they're worth, but whatever this guy is being paid, he deserves more.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever ordered from. Multiple times I've ordered here and the hand-tossed pizza dough is dry and tastes like cardboard. The staff is not properly trained on pizza dough preparation! Please do better!

Ordered delivery and the girl literally stole our food and said “you didn’t pick up your phone so I took it back with me” - since when does delivery mean you call my cell phone and if I don’t answer you take my food home?! Leave it on my porch ??? She was crazy rude on the phone too and said she was too busy helping clean up to make a new order. Never again

Ordered for delivery. Delivery driver showed up with the wrong order, so he left and we never got the right order, but we were charged for the food. No communication from Pizza Hut, nor any response to my inquiries as to where my food was. The phone tree either hung up on me or left me on hold for 20 minutes until it hung up on me.
Pizza was delicious and hot. Waited a few moments and headed out.

Let's be real, Pizza Hut fell out of favor in the 2010s. They have bounced back in the 2020s. Their quality is amazing, they have great deals with reasonable prices, and the additions to the menu are great. I would highly recommend pizza hut if you haven't had it, and especially if you gave up on it at some point in the past.

First time I ordered from this branch for work , I sent someone to pick up my orders and he asked for condiments and the person on the counter told him it’s extra. Am pretty sure it’s free in Hillsborough in North Carolina! I usually ask for paper plates too and its free.
